Telebrands Extremely hard to use and only one use

Could not get the top on an opened can of soda. No matter how I pushed on the Bottle Top the can would start to collapse and the contents spilled but the Bottle Top would not snap on. After numerous tries finally got one to go on an unopened can and then had to use several tools to reach through the opening on the top to pull the pop top open. Soda did not stay carbonated once the can was opened and it was impossible to get the top off of the empty can. They claim the Bottle Top will fit most cans and can be used over and over. I tried the product on numerous brand name sodas and it would not snap easily on any of them. I had several co-workers try the product and they came up with the same results. No one could get the Bottle Top to snap onto the can and the one can I did get the Bottle Top on still has the top on it because no one can get it off even after the can was totally crushed!

Telebrands Bad service

I ordered a frying pan from Orgreenic several months ago and I have not gotten it yet. They advertise that their product is non stick and you will never have to use butter or oil again. Every time I emailed them, I was told that everything was on back order and to wait another 15 days. I am still waiting after 5 months. I just saw on their site that my order was mailed on April 22 but I am skeptical. If you are thinking of ordering this product, you might be waiting for a long time. I hope this product is as good as they advertise.

I have also ordered the set and have changed my mind. I got the song and dance that customer service is only open M - F and I would have to call back then. I will do that, but if I can't get someone on the line, when the order is delivered I will refuse delivery and contact my credit card company. They will stop the payments. In cases like this the CC company is your best friend.

OrGreenic scammed me they are a HUGE SCAM! Even if their products work as they say they have scammed me from the minute I ordered from them. FIRST OF ALL I ordered a frying pan online too, but low and behold once I got my email confirmation about my order I had some how ordered a FULL SET? I was freaking out this was thurs night late, so ON friday morning.. so I called and they told me NO my order was not in the system yet takes 48 hours to get it in the system ( should have know this was BS*) and call back monday, I called back Monday and Tues and same song and dance, no in the system yet.. I dont need nor want a full system I have a great system of pans I use but my frying pan was used up so I needed a new one. ONE FRYING PAN is all I wanted.. and to make a long story short, guess what showed up at my door today 4 days after I ordered it!? THE ENTIRE SET! OMGOSH, Im so pissed off, I was charged for it too.. on my card, I started off wanting a mere frying pan and was scammed forced to get a full set and every single person I called and talked to telling them I only wanted a frying pan and they all lied to me saying my name isnt even in the system yet.. THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED.. I did some reseach and this has happen to others too.. totally a scam!

Telebrands Ridiculously misleading, pushy business practices

Rediculously misleading, pushy bussiness practices! These guys are out to fool you into crap you don't need or want. This is the only company I've ever placed an order with where your total bill and price breakdown was given AFTER they accept your order. You get bombarded with ads for other services and products during your checkout process and even AFTER you palce the order someone CALLS you up to sell you some more crap - during the call they claimed to just want to "confirm address" but actually managed to trick me into trial subscription to services I explicitly said I'm not interested in!

As I'm writting this I'm waiting to their seemingly non-existant "Customer Service" - my call has now been dropped second time after waiting 10min on hold in each call.

Telebrands This product is a fraud!

I can’t believe that TeleBrands can get away with their claim that “one size fits all–for men and women.” I have a size 10 foot and they are WAY TOO BIG for me. I even cut off the big and small toes to try to use them on my middle toes and they are still too big. This product is a fraud!

I don't think any woman who has left a positive comment about Pampered Toes has actually tried them.

How can they help me? Either give me back the $10 I spent at Bed, Bath & Beyond or make a pair of Pampered Toes that fits normal feet.

Telebrands Internet Scam Ordering Process

I saw a commercial for Perfect Button (product description irrelevant). I went on to the Net to order it. On the TV commercial they made a point of $10, double the order for payment of shipping only, blah, blah.

When on the Net ordering page when you say "Order" it goes directly to asking for your credit card, FIRST THING! In other words, it is not like the millions of other order pages out there, where you do your shopping then give credit card information.

THIS IS THE FIRST OF MANY SCAM STEPS THAT THIS TELEBRANDS ORDER PAGE HAS.

So I entered the credit card info, figuring there would be the opportunity to review the order before pressing a "place my order icon."

I then ordered additional items per the offers that they keep coming up with. In other words, after placing my initial order and clicking "next." (Again, I did this assuming that there would be a review order page and I could decide what I wanted and did not want.)

The next page was yet another order. Same thing, the offer was for additional items, pay for shipping only. Was a good deal, so I order, again with the intent to think about it before pressing apparently NONEXISTENT, but ANTICIPATED, "complete order" page or icon.

After about four of these pages, I get a summary page that says "Thank you for your order, please allow three to six weeks for your order to arrive." (Sidenote: why a business should be allowed to take you money and not deliver products for a month and half is beyond me. I digress.)

THIS IS THE SECOND SCAM ASPECT OF THE TELEBRANDS WAY OF DOING BUSINESS, NOT HAVING A "REVIEW AND APPROVE YOUR ORDER" PAGE. 99.9% of businesses have a confirm order or approve order page, but not Telebrands.

I then look all over the site for some way to review, change or cancel the order. There is nothing. I then check my e-mail, nothing there about the order placed. Checked my credit card online, nothing posted yet.

Then I return to the order page. I see on the contact page there is a number to call, but only M-F, 9-5 sort of thing.

THIS IS THE THIRD SCAM ASPECT OF THE TELEBRANDS PAGE, NOT HAVING A WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY, VIA E-MAIL, CHAT OR THE PHONE.

THE FOURTH SCAM ASPECT IS THAT THE SITE SAYS NOTHING ABOUT HOW TO QUESTION ORDERS, REVIEW ORDERS OR TO CANCEL AN ORDER. All they say is thanks for the order and then they vanish (after having got your credit card number.)

I then search Google, specifically "how do I cancel a Telebrands order" and this site with all the complaints came up.

So I contacted my bank ATM/Debit toll free number and say I want to "stop pay" the order. She says that since it has not posted we have to wait until Telebrands actually attempts to make the charge. (That makes total sense.) I told her that from what I read on the Net is that once Telebrands gets someone's money, it's impossible to get it back and I ask what I can do.

She says that I can simply report my ATM card as lost and that will stop all charges from going through. And I can then get a new card within days. Needless to say, that's what I did.

TAKE THAT TELEBRANDS.

(And truth be told, it's probably a good idea to get a new ATM/Debit card (with number) rather than to have one number floating around the net for a year or two. So this was a blessing in disguise.)

I am filing a complaint with the California Attorney General about this. Fortunately I took screen shots everything. So I can show the AG what I am talking about.

Update: when going back to the Perfect Fit page I noted that on that page that takes credit card info, there are no indications that it's a secure page. (no "S" in "http://" should read "https://")

Looks like this site really helped because but for the complaints here I would have run the risk of someone using my card, stolen from the non-secured Telebrands order page.

Here is the exact text from my complaint just filed online with the California Attorney General:

Telebrands is violating our Business and Professions Code Section 17200, et seq. for its unfair business practices.

1. Before commencing with an order, the Defendants take one's credit card number first thing. In other words, BEFORE one has ordered items.

2. Defendants do NOT have a "review order" process and a "confirm order" process. In other words, they don't tell you that as you select their come-ons and offers, that you are in fact ordering those items WITHOUT the opportunity to review or confirm the order, at the end of the process.

3. Defendants have set up the site to NOT inform the consumer a subtotal of what they are ordering. The only total one gets is at the end of the process when they say "Here's your order, wait three to six weeks for delivery."

4. Telebrands takes consumers' money, but can make them wait six weeks for an order? Why? Is it because Telebrands does not have the items in stock when taking people's money? That's another violation of law.

5. Defendants do NOT tell a shopper anywhere that AFTER giving a credit card number that from there after you are in fact buying the items, you are not "browsing" or "window shopping."

6. Defendants do NOT provide the consumer any way to edit or change an order, during the ordering process.

7. Defendants make it difficult to contact and difficult to discuss with Telebrands any questions, change of mind, or to cancel an order. They are doing this to cause people to give up and go away.

They maintain limited office hours for contact, 9-5, M-F. They should be required to maintain customer service since they are taking orders after 5 and on weekends.

Perhaps this also violates California's home solicitation sales act, where one is denied the opportunity to change one's mind within three days of placing an order.

8. From all the complaints I have seen on the Net (see complaintsboard.com) Defendants make it difficult to obtain promised refunds, with the intent of making people fed up to where they go away.

9. Defendants' website is designed 180 degrees the opposite of what people are used to, this with the intention to unfairly dupe people into ordering large amounts of merchandise and making it impossible to question, review or confirm the order.

In other words, Defendants expended significant effort to design the site so to dupe/defraud people.

Because of the Site's crafty, misleading design I suspect that a significant percentage of consumers end up buying merchandise they did not intend to buy. But rather than complain they simply move on to other things and forget about being defrauded.

Oh how I wish I had googled this company and saw these complaints before placing my order. I placed an order with them for a different product but with the exact same scam. I refused to pay the extra shapping charge and have been waiting for 8 weeks for my purchase to arrive. I ordered on line and paid with a credit card 1.21.14. I have not received anything in the mail and just checked the "www.GetOrderStatus.com" only to see that my order has been cancelled with no explanation and no information on how to contact the company. The number on the credit card bill rings and then just hangs up on me. Now I'm very nervous about what is going on with my credit card and personal information. This company's tactics should be on the news...and they should be behind bars.

I agree with the above replys, I went online to order the Pet Rider, filled in my credit card info and proceeded to order, I was not allowed to review order and was automatically charged. Called to complain and was told had to call customer service M-F 9-5. Of course its Sunday and tomorrow a holiday. If I stop payment its going to cost $30. I can't find anywhere to edit or cancel and these people should be prosecuted according to all the complaints!

Thank you for your posts. I ordered the Button and was not sure how to get the free button, so answered yes for the additional button offer. Then I was given a page at the end with a total of almost $50. I went back to the home page, trying to edit my order, only to find that I duplicated my order. So now I have a total of almost $100!

I immediately searched the order status and could find nothing, then called my credit card company. The customer service rep suggested I look for fraud posts, which led me to this site. Upon reading one of the above posts, I immediately called back my credit card and canceled my card. This is a major pain, as the same card is used to pay many online accounts, but I do not want to risk my credit card number being in the hands of scam artists!

I will still try to call tomorrow to cancel the orders, but I expect I will be given the runaround. If my order is processed and gets charged to my credit card, I am hoping my credit card company can assist me in disputing the charges.

Thank you for the feedback. I am sending my son away to college and thought this product would be an easy way for him to replace lost buttons. I guess I'll need to teach him to sew now!

I totally agree with this complaint. It should be called the PERFECT SCAM. The internet site duplicated my order, and without a final review process I could not avoid executing the order. I immediately called customer service, but was told that they would not have my order in the system for two business days, so I could not cancel at that time. HOW CONVENIENT. But I was told they will send a message to HOLD the order until I called back. Of course, once I called back, no notice of the HOLD could be found, and the order was processed. NOW for the Coup de Gras. You get charged a shipping and handling FEE of 6.99 PER ITEM, not PER ORDER. That should be unlawful. And of course, if you want to return the item the S/H is NOT REFUNDABLE, and you got to pay the return freight.

I had the exact same experience. Once I got all my buttons ( most of which were "free" + shipping) I did use one until it the clasp kept digging into my stomach. The retainer clasp has to have quite a bit of depth to catch on the button shaft in order to hold. It became quite uncomfortable.

The other button I tried to use fell apart in my hands before I could use it. Lastly, the button shaft in most cases is not long enough to penetrate all the way thru most belt area material. I guess if it was, the problem I describe in the first paragraph would be even worse.

Buyer Beware with these crooks.

I totally agree with this complaint. The same thing happened to me regarding this product. I was under the assumption that it was optional to get the free product since I didn't want to pay shipping and handling charges for items I don't need. Needless to say it is yours if you want it or not and therefore stuck paying for shipping and handling anyway.

I immediately called telebrands to cancel the order but was told it wasn't in the system yet but they will try to flag it and for me to call back in 48 hours. Needless to day it was shipped within 48 hours and I ended up receiving the product with a charge of double of what I expected. Lesson learned I will never buy anything from Telebrands.

After this fiasco I learned that I was purchasing an imitation of the product I was looking for which was Instant Button; www.instantbutton.com I purchased Instant Button with no issues and the product was high quality and not that cheap stuff telebrands sold. Another lesson learned purchase the orginal.

Telebrands Shipped wrong Item

I ordered the Windshield Wonder in November. On January 19, 2010, I received something called the "Glass Wizard". I called about this error and was told that since I upgraded to the deluxe model, this was correct. The deluxe model should have been bigger, but this thing is totally different. The shape of the cleaner is different, the handle is shorter and does not fold, etc. All I wanted was a return label so I didn't have to pay to return something I didn't order, and they refused. They offered to send me a new order, of course paying full shipping, once I returned the incorrect order. Note to Telebrands- If you had offered to send me the correct order and not charge me shipping, I would have been satisfied!

Telebrands overcharged

I was supposed to be charged $6.99 for the first 2 sets of windshield wonders that I ordered and the 3rd set was supposed to ship at no additional shipping cost. Yet they charged me $34.95 for shipping...over-charge by an additional $20.97. The customer service link gives hours of M-F 9 - 5 yet they tell you they're lines are always busy so it's best to call on Thurdays or Fridays. It's Friday night now (10PM) when I placed this order which means I have to wait almost a week before I can maybe get through to them. I'm filing a complaint with my credit card company.

I was planning to order the windshield wonder, but after reading all of the complaints, and after the rip off I encountered with another product that I had "seen on tv", I plan to never buy anything like that again. This is how they make their money. How else can they sell things so cheap? The other product I mentioned was supposed to cost me only $19.99, but after all was said and done, it cost me $60.00. First they charged me $17.98 for shipping. Then when I checked my Visa I saw a charge for $48.00. I called the company to ask why it was so much when at first it should have been only about $37.00. They told me that there is what is called an extra zone charge to ship it to Canada. Then when it arrived, I had to pay another $13.59 for duty charges.

I bought the same thing, buy 1 - get one free for $10 and shipping of $6.99.

When it was time to check out, they doubled the shipping... what a bunch of crooks!

EVERYONE should contact the Better Business Bureau in NJ and file a complaint. OR simply stop payment by your credit card company!

Simply go to:

and fill out the pages. This at least make sit difficult for them.

Unbelievable folks, I had the same ordeal happen to me.

I ordered the Windshield Wonder and about a week later, to my surprise I received the Glass Wizard instead. I was obviously angry that they shipped a product I didnt purchase, then go on to explain that this was some sort of an upgrade. I wasn't buying that line, this was clearly a marketing scam. I don't know how Telebrand gets away with this type of business behavior but its disgraceful and dishonest. I hope that there are legal precedences which make this illegal, perhaps false advertisement or something more to protect the consumers from this sort of deceptive marketing.

Does anyone have any other experiences with Telebrand?

I had the same problem - I ordered a set (buy 1 get 1 free for $10!). I saw that it said "S&H at a cost of $6.99 per set", but yet was charged $10 twice PLUS $20.97 for shipping! It should have only cost $24 total, not $40.97! I did call and wait and got through to someone who talked around in circles, never answering my question. Then said "when did you place your order" to which I replied, about 10 minutes ago. The woman said - well that won't be in our system until Thursday (it is Tuesday). You can try to call back then. I asked about shipping and she said the website says allow 3-6 weeks for shipping. Nowhere is that stated! I am frustrated at them, but also myself for falling for such an obvious scam!

I actually ordered three of the windshield wonder and was shipped a different product, Glass Wizard, after waiting over two months. I returned the Glass Wizard, at a cost to me of $12.00. I complained to Telebrands that I did not receive the merchandise that I ordered and they shipped me half as many of the same incorrect product they had sent me before. So basically I never got the quantity that I ordered nor did I ever get the windshield wonder. I am stuck with something I did not order or want.

The ad I got says buy one windshield wonder for $10 and get a second one free. So I signed up to buy it. However, they charged me 20+ dollars (before) shipping cost. I was STILL stupid enough to buy it. The good news is I must have screwed up my credit card nr when ordering it. I got a letter in the mail today informing there was a problem with it (no it's not maxed out...it was a check card) and I had plenty of money to cover it. So I won't be getting any. Good news for me. I won't be ordering it again!

Telebrands Bad experience

Telebrands is a fraud company. Never get in their trap.

I got the Air press massager delivered on 5th May 09. The product was faulty. I sent it back to the co. on 8th May. They confirmed me that they have received the product back on 11th May. I still haven't got the refund of Rs 2999/-. I paid Rs 3280/- at the time of delivery since postman asked for the money order charges. Every time i call the telebrands customer care I get the answer we have dispatched the cheque on 1st June. I have not received any cheque till now. They are not giving any satisfying answer & nor they are refunding my money. I had to courier charges of rs 400/- as well to send the faulty product back. With your help I want Product cost & courier cost refund.

Their customer care number is never reachable. One has to try 30-60 mins to reach them. They donot even respond on mail.

Telebrands Refund

I mistakenly attempted to order EZ Combs on their website. Attempting to purchase the advertised $10 introductory offer. After a list of questions, I received an order confirmation for sales in excess of $112. The website offered no way to change or cancel the order. My only recourse was to call Telebrands the next day, which according to them, my order was already shipped out. I had to wait for the product to arrive, send it back and attach code, and have yet to receive my refund and it has been over 3 weeks, since I sent the product back, not to mention the initial order that could not be cancelled or changed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I will never purchase anything from this company, EVER! Save yourself some pain, and do not deal with anything Telebrands is involved in.

Telebrands incomplete refund

NO customer service and high shipping charges and I have no recourse. I responded to an email for ordering Shoes Under after seeing their ad on TV. The ordering process was terrible. You enter your credit card info first and then answer questions regarding the order. There is no place to review the order before it is placed. When I saw the terrible shipping charges, it was too late to cancel the order. I called the next day to try to cancel but they informed me that the order was not yet in the system and there was nothing they could do. I was told to call back in 2 days. I did that and the order was there but now it was too late to cancel. I was so angry. What a scam so that you can never cancel an order. I got detailed instructions on how to send back the item. I was told I would get a full refund if I returned the package unopened. I did that and the refund I got was only partial. When I called again, I was told that they didn't refund shipping charges. After talking to multiple people they said they would take my complaint to corporate to get me the full refund. When I insisted on talking to someone else to get this straightened out, they gave me the same line over and over again and finally hung up on me. I don't expect to ever see my refund. What corporate office wants anything to do with $20-30? What a way to make money. I did finally buy a "shoes under" at a department store and it isn't worth anything anyway. At least I could return that!

Telebrands Using product could cause injury

The purpose of buying these "Get A Grip" handles was to insure my elderly mother's SAFETY for getting in and out of the bathtub. However, one of the handles kept falling off the tile wall every couple of days and the other handle stuck to the wall just a little longer (about a week). This happened before they were ever used.

If a handle fails while being used, it could actually be more dangerous than not having any handle at all!

In addition, I paid extra to insure "faster" shipping, but Telebrands just mailed them out using ordinary mai and it was NOT very fast, the second handle took 18 days to arrive (both were ordered at the same time.)

People should be warned that using these handles could result in a fall and serious injury! In addition there doesn't seem to be any money-back guarantee.

Telebrands They will rip you off badly!

I have had nothing but a BAD BAD field day with telebrands..That company is the biggest rip off company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The pedicure..My 3 dog's cried! I will assume that the dogs in the commercial are trained well OR the item is turned OFF and thus meaning the animals will NOT react negative to the item. As for the EZ Comb..Another piece of garbage.

I can only imagine the time they use making these commercials to make it look easy just so they can fraud the customers.

Also on each occasion without personal and prior approval they have sent out jewellery each time. A Sterling Silver pair of earrings and a necklace that both turned my skin GREEN after just a few hours of wearing them. Charge: $53.97. This was taken from my credit card without authorization from me.

This company has had nothing that I can speak of that has been worth the money or that I have given permission to go onto my credit card and get.

The complaints I made to the customer service people got me NO WHERE...NONE of them spoke English! The English was so broken because of non American workers that you can not understand what they are saying. All Calls to them led me to a different person and a different call taker every single time. I would ask for someone speaking better English and I was told it would be a very long wait and they can not transfer. They would need me to keep calling until I get a fluent English spoken person. I can go on and on with the deception this company has done to us. However, it will be an all nighters to tell you about how they rip people off. Trust us on here when we tell you, they will rip you off...They also prey on the elderly in hopes of confusing them into more money spent. I had to work on countless things they did to my parents over the phone. And now I am having my lawyer handle it on the magic jack, the EZ Comb and the Pedicure...I just hope my lawyer can speak their language..!

Tried to talk to American speaking person, but all I get is someone in India who, I can't understand. Can't we in America do something
about this Company, after all we need the income and by making the products they sell here in America and have an American taking
the calls (for info on the order.) someone will have a job here in America, we need the jobs! I say we should all boycott Telebrands.
This company is a company that sets up a scam outfit, and we are not able to get any help from them, after they get your money.

I bought the OrGREENiC Kitchenware (The Green Fry pan). Worked well for about 2 months. Followed all directions to the letter. It is "Guaranteed for Life. Yep! You pay the postage to send it to them PLUS $7.99 for return shipping. By the time you are done you might as well go out and buy another fry pan that works. This Pan is now in the garbage. I have not talked to the Company but by all the comments. I can see it would be of no use. Bad Company selling Bad products. Never again. BUYER BEWARE

The original PedEgg is actually a very good product. However, I bought a second one at a discount store, and it was a fake -- wouldn't cut dead skin at all. Now, it seems impossible to buy replacement blades for the original PedEgg. Used to be you could get 3 replacement genuine PedEgg blades for $9.99, but now they seem to be unavailable at Walgreens or even from Telebrands. Seems like you have to buy a new PedEgg every time your blade dulls -- which happens much quicker than you would think it would.

Does anyone know how to report this company to the US Trade commission (or an entity with a similar name)? The BBB wouldn't really work, because all they do is list them on their site, no interference or legal issues done... There has to be a "Commission" or "Government watchdog" type of thing that can take strides to shut these people down or link something to their website (although that would be SPAM of course) ... I would LOVE to research these questions however, I have not had experience with this company...THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR TIME IN POSTING YOUR EXPERIENCES! YOU HAVE STOPPED A NEW CUSTOMER FROM A BAD EXPERIENCE! i AM SO GLAD THAT I LOOKED THEM UP BEFORE I CHOSE TO PURCHASE! THANK YOU!

I would like to thank all of you for your honest reviews of this company although I see a few issues of the customer not knowing how to place an order in the correct manor I also see everyone single one of yall had a lot more issues than just that...I was about to order the "beat blaster' mainly because I'm a geek and it seemed cool...but I'll just wait till it hits Ebay and get it for a buck lol. again THANK YOU! so much for warning me against this company...your experiences have saved at least one geek in this world.

I ordered the "Bare lifts" and when they asked if I wanted to double my order I said no, then the recording said that they did not understand the answer. I said no a few more times then said yeah to someone else and it took it. I got like 80 that is 8 packs of 10. the commercial said 10 lifts for $10. I only should have gotten 20. And to top it off they do not lift they flatten the breast. I will never order from this comany again. If I want one of their products I will wate til it gets in the stores. Then I will abel to return it if I do not like it or I am not out much of money.

On 8/25/2010 I ordered a Bark Off Collar from the Official Web address.
I was buying the buy 1 get 1 free for just shipping and handling on the second one. The total should have been $23.98. However, I put in the box 2 because I thought that was how I was suppose to get the second one free.
I believed I would get to review my purchase before it was finalized. However, that did not happen. It went right to the finalization without allowing me to review it.
I immediately called the customer service and was told it would be 24-48 hours before it would show up in their files.
A supervisor named Francis said he would put it on hold and to call back in 24 hours.
On 8/26/2010, I called again and was told it still was not showing up. They said they would put another hold on it and to call back in another 24 hours.
On 8/27/2010 I called back and was told it had already shipped. They told me I could send one set back and pay the shipping.
I was willing to buy one set but not two sets.

I had a huge problem with the Bark Off...the "$10" product ended up costing me $60! I called not even 5 minutes after to cancel the order (I bought it online) and they kept saying to they would put a hold on it because the order doesn't register for 24-48 hours. I called back everyday at least 5 times a day to make sure the order was on hold and that as soon as it showed up in their systems that it would be canceled. They told me it wouldn't be shipped out for at least 2 weeks so I would have time to cancel. That was a lie!

Not even 3 days later i called once again to cancel...and they told me that the order was shipped out and it was too late to cancel...and that I should have taken the initiative to call to cancel! Finally after talking to several, several people and having my mom threaten them with the BBB I received a refund...but of course I had to send the product back. Never again will I by from them. They are HORRIBELE.

After I received that stupid sterling collection...I sent it back right away!

I was ripped off by this company as well. They charged my card 4 times the amount I said yes to over the phone. The charge didn't happen until a month after the call and I did not have any products in hand. I called when I saw the charge and asked for them to not ship the item and just refund the money. They shipped it anywyas. I returned it immediately! First of all, I did not authorize the amount, second I could tell from the conversation with customer service that this was a rip off. I have been told numerous times since then that they were refunding my money. They haven't. I have finally reported the issue to Bank of America and the bank refunded the money to me. I've had Bank of America do this before for me a long time ago. If you use a good bank, I'd suggest letting them handle these rip off companies. They have more resourses to do so.

Telebrands GPA PAL

I requested by phone a GPS cup stand that hides wires and will set in your cup holder. Took a long time to recieved and with the package I recieved 2 post cards that said the product would not be shipped and the order was cancelled.

I ordered one GPS cup for $14.99 plus shipping and handling $6.99 image my supprise when I got a box full of GPS cups (5) and a billing invoice of $96.93. Now the TV ad said I would buy one and get one free, so I expected 2. I got 6 and not a free one in the bunch. Of course you can't reach anyone because they only do business Mon - Fri between 9"30 am to 5:00 pm. EST. I'm passed p.o.'d at them, and I can wait to talk to someone that works for this company.

Telebrands advertises on TV that I will get two grip-handles for the price of one. The price of one is $19.98. Telebrands took $35.97 of my money and sent me only one.

Telebrands Get-A-Grip - No Return Information

I ordered the Get-A-Grip handles for a family member going through Chemo treatment. The commercial said get 2 for the price of 1 and get 1 free. I did receive 3 Get-A-Grips but they charged 1 @ 9.99 + 3.99 S&H, 1 @ 19.98 + 15.98 S&H and 1 @ $0 dollars + 15.98 S&H totaling $59.93 which I did not authorize. You have to give credit card info before placing the order and are never given a total amount due. I want to return the substandard product to the ### company but there is no phone # or website etc. only an address. Does anyone know how to contact these people? I'm sure they will not answer any written correspondence.

Telebrands Scam-Fraud

i ordered pedipaws, with the knowledge that i could try this, and if i wasn't satisfied with it, within 30 days could return it for a refund. well i called, got a RA#, returned it via UPS. i waited for about 3 weeks, still no refund to my card. i called them 3 times, and got a runaround from zombies that seemed to reading from a script.

i finally called my credit card co, explained that i've been ripped off, that i have tracked my return and they did receive it and sign for it. they just won't give me my refund. my cc company is sending me the necessary "dispute" forms and will credit my card the $59.71 they charged me for this junk, that i returned!

After placing my order at the very poorly designed "Pedi-Paws" website (which fails to reveal the total cost until AFTER one has entered credit card information and clicked "submit order"), I tried for two days to call the company to cancel my order. This was because the total my credit card was being charged was much more than I expected it to be (but I had no way of knowing this until it was too late). I was told both times that it was too soon to cancel the order as it wasn't yet "in the system". And yet when I checked my credit card statement online, the company had claimed a payment for the order the day after I placed it. These people are lying to customers.

I never received a confirmation of my order at the email address I provided, either. The first notification I received, almost a week after I placed the order, was an email notice that the products had been SHIPPED. TeleBrands' failure to send notification immediately of an order received, and instead waiting until the order has shipped, is at the very least unethical. I have ordered hundreds of items online and have never had such a thing happen before.

What's worse is that I find that my single order has miraculously morphed into TWO orders, totaling almost $300. I will mark both packages REFUSED and send them back when they arrive. I have notified my credit card company, and they will dispute both charges. If this happens to you, the credit card company requests that you get a receipt from the post office to support your claim that the merchandise was indeed returned. And I will warn all of my friends never to order anything from TeleBrands!

Telemarketer [Telebrands DR] promised "2 for the price of 1" [$19.98 for GET-A-GRIP] and charged $15, 98 for processing and handling of 2, but only delivered 1. No E-mail address or phone no. given on packing slip to facilitate complaint. I notice there are MANY similar complaints. Is this legal?

We got two of these Get-A-Grip handles. We too found that they didn't work on most bathroom tiles, due to the length of the grip not being long enough to clear the grouted areas. EVEN when we attached it to the side of the tub or other areas in a shower, the suction didn't hold long and it released onto the floor in a matter of minutes. NOT sure this is safe - if you take a long bath or shower, the thing could be loosely connected and come off when you reach for it - I can imagine that could be a disaster.

Bought locally at Bed, Bath & Beyond and am returning it today. This product CAN NOT be used on 4 1/2 inch tile without one of the suction cups ending up on a grout line which means only one end of the handle is attached. Had they made the handle just 1/2 inch longer it would have worked wonderfully. There is no info on the exterior of the package to guide you about which size tile this item will work with.

Telebrands Shoes Under

I purchased through the internet the Shoes Under shoe storage system and after not receiving the item for a month, I started to inquire as to the status. I had the confirmation e-mail from them and the charge on my credit card. Upon calling the number on the e-mail about questions, I was directed to another number. I called it also and after waiting another 15 minutes on hold, I was told to call the original number again that they didn't handle that product. I called the other number again adn asked for a supervisor who gave me yet a third number (not toll-free) and after another 20 minutes on hold, there is still no record of my purchase and no one is willing to track it down. I sent another e-mail in response to the original purchase confirmation but have yet to hear back from that e-mail also. As of now, I am out almost $50.00 and have no one at Telebrands to follow up on it.

I received an e-mail for shoes under and decided to go to the website to look at it. After inputting my creidt card # I decided after all of the upselling I did not want the product and closed the browser. I never got as far as authorizing the order. I received a phone call a day later regarding the order and informing me there was a problem with my credit card. I informed the young lady that I never coompleted the order and I did not want the product. I also inquired how Telebrands got my credit card # if I never completed the order. she hung up. Apparently once you put in your cc#, they have some method of capturing the # even thought you do not complete the order and close the browser. Of course the package showed up on my doorstep. I contacted the company again to explain that I did not place the order and did not want the product. I was told I could return the product at my own expense. since I did not order the product I don't feel I should spend my money returnng it. I spoke with two people again today, Mark and Erin (supervisor) and was told they would not send postage to return the package. That I should return it and put a copy of the postage inside the box and they would consider returning a reimbursement. I would have no problem paying for the postage if I actually completed the order and requested the product but since I did not, this to me smacks of extortion.

Can someone help me?

Same thing happened to me.. Did not receive the product that they show on the commercial. Really poor product. They should not be showing that item if it isn't the one they are sending. When I see the commercial I tell everyone that it is not the product they are sending out and to make sure they do not order it! Just keep warning people about this poor quality product... I believe word of mouth is the the best way to get across to people ... DO NOT order Shoes Under, the company lies about what you will be receiving!

very disappointed with this product, nothing like the product seen on t.v. or online, it is flimsy, doesn't support the shoes between each other, they have flaps instead of sturdy inbetween connections..
Basicly it came folded up like a canvas bag, seeing the commercial,
there is no way you could fold up that product... I couldn't even slide
the product under my bed on my carpet without it binding up and
slightly colapsing. VERY DISAPPOINTING not worth the money...

I order the shoes under product thinking that I would receive the product that is shown on the website and tv. To my surprise when the product arrived it is different from what is being advertised ont the web and tv. The product advertised is made different from what I received. The individual dividers on tv and the webside are not made from the nylon material they are more cardboard like and the ones I received are moveable nylon. When I called and complained they said that there was two different products that they are selling, the one they show is considered an upgrade however this is the one you believe you are getting becasue they only show you one kind. They say after you enter in all of your information when purchasing there is a disclaimer you can choose for the upgrade but thats after the purchase is made and you don't know its your product they are talking about. I said if there are two different products and you are really purchasing the naylon product then why not advertise that one when clicking on order? why are you showing the upgraded version allowing the public to think thats the one they will be receiving.
