Your Store Online — Velcro tape comes off - now worthless

Extra Mop Head & Handle For The Self Cleaning & Drying Mop Bucket System.

The VELCRO tape comes off after 36 days of use. Mop heads can not be used if velcro not there. Cheap and they will not replace. Mop is now worthless to me and can not be used. I wrote them and they said that it was past the 30 days. well I did not use it until 21 days after receiving it, but they do have their rules. So very poorly made. It costs them maybe $1 to import?

    Your Store Online — I ordered two portable air conditioners

    I have tried it to check the delivery status for my product and I can't get to the site it keep putting you to a site that doesn't exist? How do I get my money back and y are they still on here if they are scamming people here how do we get our money back I placed my order when no problem now I cannot get to the site at all. Please help me get my money back All I wanted was to be able to keep my family cool because we have no windows to place an air conditioner in i Paid to have it shipped faster I have no money to order something else please help me my husband is asmathic now there's a heat wave I pray that he doesn't stop breathing I sent a copy of my order to show you how much I spent and how we can resolve it asap

      YourStoreOnline — customer service and product

      Re: invoice # 1157058. How about doing an actual test before sending me the next one. The "tested" one arrived today and only works on two of the three speeds. I am about to give you a one star rating as I now have 3 three speed Auto Cooking Stirrers which do not work on 3 speeds, only 2. Am I getting tired of this? You bet! (See below)

        Your Store Online — HORRIBLE SERVICE

        DO NOT order from this store. After placing an order and recieving invoice, i heard nothing for 3 weeks. The day of the order i was able to log in and track my purchase, however after 2 days, i was locked out of the system--no way to see status of the order. The company offers online chat or phone #, but is only avialable 9-4 M-F, no weekend hours. After 3 weeks of waiting and attempting to log in, i left work to call they company, and discovered they canceled my order WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME! HORRIBLE!!!
