I was a customer of TDS with my service being bundled. I wanted to upgrade my internet and phone service. Also had another joey added to an additional bedroom. When my problems started, TDS unbundled my services. When I got the bill as saw one of the services was left off, I called them immediately. No one had an answer for me while TDS pointed the finger at the service that was left off my bill. I had them to re-bundle my services in order to pay one bill for all three services. Shortly after that, my services were switched to River-Street and they do not carry all three of my services. Then I get this huge bill, and no one could explain the bill. I finally called to speak to a supervisor but before reaching her, I got this employee in the call center that was totally rude with no customer service skills. Needless to say, the conversation was on 10. When I finally got to speak to the supervisor, she did rectify the situation but had no concern about her rude employee and how she dealt with customers. I am extremely happy to no longer do business with TDS and their unprofessional staff.
Recommendation: Read the comments for the experience of other customers before you sign with this company!
