lying, deceitful duping customer service

1. Entire customer service team ([protected]) are liars.

Their reps are totally 100% incompetent and don't know the escalation process. They would try to act to speak in this so called western English (not knowing the customer's caliber), has a huge head weight like they are carrying the globe on the shoulders like Atlas (but it is inside their head loaded full of arrogance), are brainwashed to connect to pathetic supervisors (The list from the worst of the worst to worst: 1.Amrinder Singh, 2.Sunny Trivedi, 3.Purushotham, 4.Abijit Patnaker & 5.Ritesh Singh).

Customer service people will cover up your complaints and keep on transferring the calls to these lying supervisors and they would do nothing.

Their manager prashanth singh would promise the world and would also say that he would take care of it personally but, he would be a no show. He is always in a meeting as per these supervisors. Either prashanth singh is lying or these supervisors or both. I am for sure believe all of the above supervisors lie through their teeth to cover up their ineptness.

Their head mr. Barun ahuja is nowhere to be found.

How can the management tolerate such incompetency of their customer service. Any company which has too good products but who has the worst customer service will eventually die a sickening death. (Aircel bankrupcy).

Is the management of spectra is even aware of such issues. They had to literally shut down their major customer service in the name of and i quote their own words "sir, we are in the process of major upgrade which is going to help you eventually and to serve you better".

Every complaint of yours would go either to "[protected]@spectra.???" or "[protected]@spectra.???". There is no personalization, no ownership, no accountability, no trust, no integrity, no truth, no honesty.

These supervisors don't deserve to have a job in customer service, may be this lying company deserves such deceitful, duping supervisors. There is completely no integrity, honesty, trust, truth etc. in this company. The reps talk about professionalism on the phone, but it cannot by just in talking. More importantly, it must be in their working culture, their character but i failed to find even one atom of such virtues in the past 2 months I tried to disconnect my service from them.

This lying company don't even deserve one star, because it is the worst. Write to the management team, complain to any bureau who would listen to your case.

Spectranet - Broadband Convergent Services Provider

I got a spectranet connection 8 months back. Because of some Office work, I needed it urgently. But seems that this is the biggest mistake I ever did. On average I couldn't use internet for more than 3 days per month. All my money was a big waste. Their line is always faulty. The Service providers are illetrate people who dont' have manners to behave well.

Poor service and no response

This is just to really cry out to you about the following:

- I installed a spectranet connection about three months ago, to start with for a month we were struggling to use the net, given it just wasn't stable at all.

- Finally when we got it, the password was always given by the vendor...this doesn't go down very well, when the voucher is on may husbands Indraneel Hariharan's name. I am assuming given the pathetic speed, it must have been shared with few others.

- Once the validity gets over, the guys never show up...even switch off their phones hence not contactable... it has been now a week I have been trying to get hold of a voucher...

Very poor service!

    I have exactly the same problem with spectranet here in south delhi except... the above poster got to know this in 3 months ...for me spectranet showed the real itself in just 3 days...

    It is such a pain in the ###... so unstable and unpredictable...

    I have taken the maximum package of 256 Kbps Unlimited but they dont give full bandwidth for even a single second... they just give bandwidth about 150 to 192 Kbps and for last 3 nights, somehow net stops working at around 1 AM even though i have full unlimited plan... and spectranet is not good for P2P user because you cant get good download rates if you have incoming connections blocked by spectranet...

    Earlier i had sify, sify is 50 times better than spectranet... no port blocks hence no incoming connection blocks and therefore no slow download speeds and you could use P2p softwares at max speeds...

    Comparison of Sify 256 Unlimited & spectranet 256 unlimited:

    Sify: i used to download 1.8 to 2.4 BG every day hence around 55 to 65 GB every month at price of Rs. 1122 per month

    Spectranet: i am able to download just 700 MB per day which makes around 20 to 25 BG a month at a price of Rs. 999 per month

    One more thing sify also provides one paid email account at no charge...

    All people out there never go for spectranet if you have sify available in your locality... i had to change to spectranet coz sify is no more in my locality...

    i am also suffering from spectranet service in INDIRAPURAM GHAZIABAD, it has just been 3 days and i am thinking of taking off the connection even though i have paid them Rs 1000 for the installation charges.
    The staff is highly unprofessional, uneducated.for the past 3 days i have been able to use the net just for 1 hour.Some time the network goes down, somtimes there is a conflict in IP, sometimes your ID stops working.

    Its really pathetic.

    I am totally agree with all you guys, because I am also suffering that pain of spectranet service. Poor unstable speed, with unprofessional service men, and highly pathetic service. So all you people out there who wants to have a broadband connection, please avoid spectranet a must, exept that you can subscribe to siffy, becouse I head that it is value for money with much more better service/speed than spectranet. I have been subscribing this spectranet service for last 4 months, and now my patience is over, therefore I am going to change my broadband subscription to any other company.

    I am writing this feedback and review so that anyone planning to take spectranet think twice while taking Internet service from Spectranet Spectranet is the worst Internet Wireless service provider in India as per my experience. Its been nearly 3 month with Spectranet and I had very painful experience. First they took advance money while Installation and then actual Internet started working after 8 days wherein the engineer visited couple of times but was able to resolve issue after 8 days. Then too Internet speed coming was very slow for most of time . Spectranet custmer care is again very poor and the quality and knowledge of engineer visiting is also not satisfactory. Customer care ask for time and engineer never visit on time. Most of time customer care try t resolve the issue on phone which never gets reloved and waste time of customer. Also they do not provide any compensation for he period in which Internet does not work. I have been never able to use prperly during weekends

    Exactly same goes wrong with me ...i live in indrapuram gaziabad...the speed for downloading came upto 1mb per second for 512kbps speed but after 3 days it is only60kbps per second

    Our own spectranet here in Nigeria is very bad and also you can't download and be browsing at the same time it will timing out.
    also you are not able to watch video online and also am a cyber cafe manager and everytime people com my cafe all they is to complain beacuase of spectranet ba connection so please fin something to do about this because i have 512mps so try now
