Target Truck driver

Extremely aggressive, cutting people off, in and out of traffic in downpour rain. Flicking people off, honking horn and trying to push people off the road. Very unsafe! We are driving with our children in the car and he is barreling down the highway almost pushing us and others into a ditch! Truck number 808259, plate number maine 2948075 (it's pouring out so hard to see). This is happening now in florida. This guy needs to be fired! He is going to get someone killed! Called highway patrol but he needs to lose his cdl! He should not be driving a truck!

Target Target Truck Driver in trailer #066921

We were trying to merge onto Westbound I-70 in Silt, Colorado at approximately 4:05pm on 6/16/2021. We were in a motor home. It was a short merging area. A Target truck, trailer #066921, was in the right hand lane. While there was one car in the left hand lane, the driver could have slowed down and gotten into the left hand lane long enough for us to merge onto the freeway. Instead, we had to slam on our brakes while driving 65 mph, almost forcing us off the road. While the driver was not mandated to let us in, he chose to create an unsafe situation. Truck drivers expect to be allowed to merge on freeways safely. It would be nice if they reciprocated.

Desired outcome: Your truck drivers use common courtesy and drive safely.

Target Double charged twice in one day + only offered store credit as refund

Today I exchanged some pants I bought (and lost the receipt for of course, AND paid in cash so it wasn't on my Target app OF COURSE) so they gave me store credit in return which I was incredibly thankful for.

I went to purchase some toilet paper and other products and didn't realize until I got home that the cashier charged me $50 for one thing of toilet paper, aka double-charged me for it.

So, I went back to get my money back and that was fine. I had also forgotten to use my store credit for my first trip that day, so I decided that because I was already there I would use it then.

After my experience with the first cashier I vowed to only use self checkout from now on. BUT I bought a bathing suit which had one of those alarm thingies that the store needs to manually remove for you so I figured I had to (reluctantly) go through the cashier process again.

I paid and as I was walking out, knew to check my receipt, and boom. Double charged again.

So I walked over to the counter to explain for THE SECOND TIME in the same day that I was charged twice for one item. They then told me that because I had used my store credit (ALONG WITH MY DEBIT CARD) that they could only give me the money back in store credit. I had the receipt and everything and paid for it literally seconds before... so now I have to come BACK to your business to buy more of your product in order to get my money's worth so you can double charge me again and keep this process going forever and ever?

I was rightfully pissed but I'm a pushover so I was just going to let it slide but my mom threw a fit and called the manager over who thankfully gave me cash. The poor kid we were dealing with finally thought after my mom complaining for a while to call the manager over.

I will NEVER use the employee cash register again at Target. Change your policies.

Target Gift card

I made this order and submitted 3 gift cards that my wife and I received for our newborn daughter. After submitting the three gift cards I was told that I owed a little more than fifty dollars however I was charged the full price and the order did not use the gift cards. I called customer support and asked to be refunded the money and to use the gift card but this was refused. I was told I did not choose to use the gift cards despite it showing that they were being used and despite the fact that I put them in directly on the checkout screen. I don't need anything else from Target I just want the money to spend on necessities.

Desired outcome: I would like the gift cards to be used for the purchase and for the $120 to be returned back to my credit card.

Target Lousy management, self-entitled employees, "Karen" customers

This complaint is for one specific Target in Plano, Tx...2200 Dallas Pkwy, Plano, TX

I've shopped at all different Targets all over the Southern part of this country, and they have all been professionally managed and ran by decent employees.

But THIS Target in Plano, OMFG! I don't think it is even managed! If it is, they just sit in their office all day doing absolutely nothing!

And the negative Google reviews are horrible! Losing customers items they order, lying to customers, treating customers like garbage... the list goes on and on!

This Target is an anomaly for sure, as all other Targets I've been to have been clean, decent businesses with helpful employees! THIS location is the exact opposite!

Until now, I've never been in a BAD TARGET! This one is BAD!
Goddamned "Karens" all over the effing store! One of them RAN OVER MY FOOT WITH A CART AND ACTED LIKE I WASN'T EVEN THERE! Cussed out the wh*re and she just ignored everything. She better hope I don't EVER see her on the street! Google Earth won't even be able to find her!

Employees are stuck up as hell! I saw one employee just standing near the mens dept doing nothing, so I started to walk over to her to ask a question, and she RAN to the rear of the store and disappeared into the back area thru the doors! I mean she RAAAN AT TOP SPEED!

I've NEVER, EVER, EVER seen a Target ran as viciously, violently, and unprofessionally as this one! They need to level this particular Target. It's a cancer on the Target brand!

Target returning of item that arrived damaged from UPS

I ordered a telescoping pole to clean my pool. I normally use Amazon but wanted to see if Target could offer same degree of service. I have learned the hard way, the answer is no. The bag arrived a couple weeks ago and the pole just arrived yesterday, however it was clearly damaged and forgotten about in the back of someone's truck. The pole is stuck in an outward fashion bent and in capable of use or being brought in. Ordered because I drive a car and it will not fit in my car. I called Target to get assistance with having it picked up . My ref # [protected]. Her response is that it was not Target's problem because it came from a 3rd party. I disagree. This is a customer service issue. I purchased from Target and they should be responsible with helping. In the end, I have to spend an additional 12.00 to have UPS pick it up. Target should reimbursement for that. it shouldn't cause the customers money to get a bad product. Very poor customer service. Amazon would have written it off or arranged a pickup for me at no cost to me. They DEFINITELY wouldn't put the work on me - the customer. I learned my lesson and will not shop Target on line again because they do not back their products.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of the cost to have the damaaged merchandise picked up

Yeah, I've had orders go "missing" because Target uses UPS and USPS instead of reliable companies like FedEx, or local delivery companies. I've had MANY, MANY items that never arrived, or arrived broken because UPS and USPS don't give a [censored] about taking care of peoples packages. I've complained to Target for years, but they refuse to do anything to correct it.

I try never to order online, but during the past year, it's been pretty hard not to with all thats going on.

I just keep filing complaints to Target headquarters. Maybe one day they will get rid of UPS and USPS and go with FedEx.

Target Red card payment

It appears there is trouble in Dallas with delivering mail during the last cold spell and payments were not being delivered so you just shut down everyone's credit card and make them pay at least a minimum payment to reinstate their credit or send to collections. What is up with that? I made my payment and I always pay the entire bill when it's due. I've shopped Dayton and target since the 1960's, and I believe this is a very poor way of handling an issue with the weather in Texas. I am not the only customer this has happened to. I believe you know that we all have options about where we shop. Punishing a loyal customer for a weather issue does not seem like a very good option.
What will happen when mail starts to arrive? Do we get credits on our accounts?
What happened to our payments? Do you investigate our does it just go through a robot who chooses a poor customer relation response. No-one knows what's going on until they use their card and it gets denied, then when they call to see what's going on they are told that they need to pay or it will go to collections.
I have excellent credit and do not want to see an incorrect mark on it, I like Target and do most of my shopping there and want to continue doing so. I am upset about this and would like this resolved. I don't believe we should be threatened with collections.

Target Target employee issues ignored by management and corporate hr

3 days ago my daughter (Target employee) was targeting by other employees and had her possessions stolen at work. Management dismissed her and totally ignored situation. Yesterday I got involved after I seen how traumatized she was and watching her crying for days. I emailed Target corporate and recieved a standard form response with a HR dept number. Called number and talked to a nice employee Josh who listened acted concerned and said he would try to help buy had no confidence that he could do anything, took my information and gave me another number to another layer of HR. I called that number and recieved no response. I also updated via email my 1st email contact I received from Target updating my progress but no response. Now it's day three Ive gotten no responses from store management, Target corporate email or HR. 
So as I tell my kids. When someone doesn't respond/answer direct questions. That in itself is an answer. Very clear that traumatizing my daughter isn't Corporate Targets concern. Will move forward getting daughter the therapy, contacting the multible layers of HR, check my legal options and how I can create a social media campaign to inform people of how Targets male managers handle and support the young women they employees...

Target Mobile

I had an horrible experience with target Mobile in the Rochester Hills Michigan store. Target advertised a promotion for a gift card if you buy and open a line. We had 4 phones we wanted to transfer from Verizon to AT&T and knew it would be a great offer to take advantage of since it is Christmas. On Tuesday Dec 1st I called and spoke with Hayli at the t Mobil explained to her what I wanted to do and she said she could. I was in the store for 4 hours she was only able to port over 2 lines. She tried to call her district Mgr Mike he was u helpful. The ROC was not able to allow me to port over the 3rd and 4th lines. I was told because we needed a PIN and that had to be done in the store. Mike told me to have my husband go to AT&T and put me on as an authorized user and create a pin and to come back. We did so I went back to Target on Friday we tried to add the 3rd and 4th line and the ROC denied us again. After Hayli tried to talk with Mike and of course he was unhelpful. I decided that my husband just needs to come back. Hayli was granted permission from Mike to alter her schedule and come in on Saturday morning 9 am since my husband works the night shift. When we got to the store Hayli tried again and the ROC spoke with my husband for a identity verification and denied him again. Mike was unhelpful I asked for the store director. Her name was Hannah. She spoke with Mike and the end result was that target Mobil basically did not want to give us 4 gift cards. Mikes answers to our questions were different every time. At this point I was very upset. We only choose to do this at target because we could have all 4 phones ported at once and receive 4 gift cards. Which we were going to us to buy Christmas for our kids. It is over a week later and there is still no resolution Target it Target Mobil want to address the issue. Hayli was not trained properly and Mike had no idea what he is doing.

Target Shipt delivery service

Worst delivery service ever! Customer service is a joke. I placed a target order that was supposed to be delivered between 2-3 pm. I tracked my order online, which said that it was 'on its way'... It said this for hours. I thought maybe they were just busy, so I waited until 6 pm to call and check on my order. Shipt told me that my order was canceled due to a 'processing' error (no further detail was provided). There was absolutely no communication about my order being canceled! They told me to call target and tell them what happened to get a refund. I called target — who then told me to call shipt — which I did (again). Shipt told me that they would refund my order. I ended up getting a refund for only part of my order that they canceled! I am on my 7th phone call to try to find out why I am still being charged for part of my order. Now, after just a few minutes on 'hold' the phone just disconnects. I have called multiple numbers for both target and shipt. Keep in mind that target is the parent company of shipt... Done with both of them!

Target Non specific

Now that I turned my television off and decided to tune into Targets website. Does the company really consider their customers feedback? Is it valued for quality control. It's awful to travel to a store that is hated by citizens. Could we see satisfactory. For business owners and students we consider the very same places that we purchase to learn the best ideas. It's offensive to see where dollars are spent to be trashed in public. Whatever action has to be asserted than it should be a commitment to clean up those comments. 👨🏾‍💻

Target Covid-19 safety procedures for employees

We all share handheld devices and radios. These things are never ever ever cleaned unless we do it ourselves. And good luck finding cleaning wipes. All we have available is liquid alcohol for our hands.
Lockers never get it either. I'd do my own, if there were disinfectant... But there is none left on the planet.
The new plexiglass dividers in the break room is nice but gross since they usually have matter spatter all over them.
Each store has dedicated night cleaners. But, the two cleaners can not be expected to do all they had to do before and then all covid procedures as well because there aren't enough hours in a shift to do it all.
Back to the most important. The devices. 3 shifts of people touching and barking into them daily. The way I see it, the only way to make it better is to let us have our own devices or for the company to invest in uv light or a peroxide vapor machine.
But hey, we all know they don't give a sh! T about their employees unless they need a truck empty, a line busted or the fulfillment/opu number brought down.
Pray for us all this coming winter.

Target A customer on the sales line

Friday july 24th 2020, at approximately 2:00-2:30pm, I was on the checkout line where customers you have more than 20 items, I was harassed by a customer from behind me, she was cursing at me saying "hurry up!" when doing that, she push her cart and it hit the back of me, while the cashier was scanning my items, the customer from behind me put her items in front of mine, "I told her"maam, I am not finish" then she pushed her cart at me again, then back away, my aunt paid for my items while she put in her card to pay, the customer was looking over my aunt,
I felt harrased by this person, and so was my aunt, we as customers dont deserve this kind of behavior while shopping, don't need investigate, it just needs be more sercurity around the store, since this time has been very hidden with financial issues.

Target Racist employees

Racist on customer service... I was attacked... felt like it could he better at what there doin with with their employees and have them fired and and see discipline in that store I was in I called for a tent and and I was attacked in my own home over the phone and do not take kindly to this 9670 Prominent Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80924

Target unethical behaviour

after watching your new commercial about honey pot I am concerened with the racial comment when she says helping the next black woman its very racial as if blacks are the only thing that matters and its the only people you help very discrimanating twards other races it should state either other women or even helping others to get their company off the ground

Target fieldcrest 100% cotton bath towels

I purchased 4 Fieldcrest 100% Cotton Bath Towels # RH 17730 VH 1164288, this past Christmas week of 2019, from the Target store listed above. The Towels give out too much LINT even though I have washed them over 10 times. We have stopped using it because it leaves lint all over our body. Please correct this problem.
A couple of weeks ago, I wrote to the Towel parent company to complaint about the lint problem
but I have not had any response from them as of this writing. Thank you

Target redcard credit

Last Thursday night I was locked out of my red card I tried doing a reset of security questions still won't let me unlocked the account
They gave me a number to call they wanted me to fax my information to them how can I fax if I don't have a fax machine
The customer service for the number was not that helpful
They don't do emails you have to call them
