Taco Bell on Stark St in Troutdale in Home Depot parking lot has not had their Freezy machine working the last 8 x I’ve been to the restaurant in last 2 months. In fact they’ve only had it available 2x since February.
It’s both irresponsible and unprofessional to claim to have items but not actually have them available most of the time.
I’m going to file a BBB complaint as well since clearly TB doesn’t care about complaints on this site as an excuse not to respond to issues.
Desired outcome: have that restaurant get their machine fixed and have them available at all times they are open.
