On April 19th, my wife went to the Leander Store. She was responding to an add on TV. The TV add said, trade in your old phone and get a new Galaxy S-26 at NO COST. She traded in our Galaxy S-21's, there was NO discussion regarding plan changes or price of the new phones. The new phones were to be FREE and we were supposed to get $800 trade-in for each of our Old Phones. Our monthly bill has not been the same since my wife's visit to your store on April 19th.
