To Make a long story short, T-Mobile does not tell there customers they are in a binding hidden agreement if they don't pay there ill and try to go to another carrier. I bought my iphone from amazon 2021 and came over to TMobile in April this year. My Mom died so i got behind and when I went to transfer they told me they locked my phone until I pay

Desired outcome: Unlock my dam phone. I did not buy it from T-Mobile and they are trying to force their customers to pay or they will put a carrier lock on your phone until you pay them which is wrong and its illegal especially if you are not aware.
