purchased a Samsung Galaxy A17 5G over the phone with T-Mobile, and I received the device yesterday. To my surprise, the phone did not include a wall charger. I contacted T-Mobile and was informed that the phone does not come with a charger.

Because I have no other way to charge the device, I now have to purchase a charger separately. I requested compensation for the cost of the charger, which is $15, and my request was denied.

This is completely unacceptable. I am requesting that T-Mobile compensate me for the charger I must purchase out of pocket due to it not being provided with the device.
