Finally got exhausted paying exorbitant rates and switched to mint mobile, well attempted to. Literally took 3 weeks. No idea what PIN number was used, customer service was beyond hard to understand with their limited English capabilities. Ended up going to a store where the t mobile rep called customer service and she could not understand half of what they were saying. She got things cleared up. Oh, 6 weeks later I get a collection notice of non payment. I have a credit rating of 825 and these shmucks turn me over to collection? How bout a letter? Mint mobile, great service, 15 bucks for me, 20 bucks a month for my daughter who’s in college. A tad better than the 179.00 a month from T mobile.

Recommendation: T-Mobile, no. Mint, consumer cellular, yes.
