T-Mobile USA review: Easy to get difficult to leave

Easy to transfer from AT&T but immediately had connection issues. Spoke with various reps and was informed that my property was in an exact dead zone of the 3 closest towers. Unfortunately had 2 year contract. After @ 1.5 years, Spectrum Mobile (Verizon towers) had a promotion to payoff previous phone balances with new mobile for existing internet/cable customers. Did that and TMobile said about 2 weeks for final billing. The last bill came and did not include the phone balances. Spoke with foreign reps twice and same BS. Two weeks or so until that bill is to be mailed because of not being "paperless'. My only hope is to go to the local store to get a physical bill to submit. I will NEVER have TMobile again and in a development of over 900 homes, I will sway anyone that ask to do the same.

Recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM TMOBILE!!!
