T-Mobile USA review: Absolute garbage carrier

Happy US Cellular customer now fed up with the transition to T-Mobile. From the App to the endless wait times on calls, dropped coverage, and absolute [censored] customer experience, I will be looking for ANY carrier as soon as I can. Having zero control over the experience, and the absolute lack of training and people skills at the stores and calls, unbelievable. TMobile is like the Democrat party, they try and look and sound like they have solutions and are for you, but secretly they are both morally and financially bankrupt.
