I cancelled my subscription and returned the router within the 30 days. I kept getting bills and called about them. Each call I made, I was told I was correct, I did not owe any money. The bills kept coming and I kept calling. I found the bill on my credit report as not paid. I disputed it and it was removed. Now here it is again on my credit report. I have an attorney dealing with another issue and if this is not dealt with immediately, I will be suing these jerks who block most calls with their artificial idiots. Broken guarantees and false credit reporting: I wonder what that is worth. Worse company to ever do business with. I'm considering a class action if anyone is interested in joining.

Recommendation: Beware! Guarantee means nothing. Customer service admits I am right and still I am reported as delinquent on my credit report. It gets removed and then is added by another company they sold my false information to.
