I went to the charity event they had for Locks of Love donations. It was cool to see the staff giving their time and skills. The staff was super nice and the clinic was really clean. They had separate salon rooms that were awesome for privacy and keeping COVID away.

This place for hair restoration is super professional. The owner is really honest, friendly, and professional. I know the owner is a vet who has volunteered for lots of community services and really cares about the customers. The owner is also a good communicator and tells you what's best for you. This is the hair place you can trust to do your procedure. You should definitely check it out.

The doctors at HRI know their stuff, and the staff is just amazing. This is the place to go if you're dealing with hair loss, no matter how old you are. They're the only clinic around that offers different treatments and therapies tailored just for you. It's not a one-size-fits-all fix, and the staff will work with you to come up with the perfect plan. I'm really impressed with how much they care about your hair even after treatment. They make a plan just for you to keep your hair strong. The office is super clean, and the staff is so friendly. I was really happy with everything! Plus, it's cool that this is a local business owned by a Veteran. The staff and management are always nice and involved in the community. Oh, and by the way, they have free coffee, soda, and seltzers, and each room has a TV. It's a nice little bonus!

My Experience and Constructive Feedback: January : My first interaction with Vern in January was pretty simple. I was diagnosed and was shown a few pictures of before and after pictures of a FUE transplant (he showed me pictures of his son) I wanted to get PRP to see if it would be an effective option, but was told it wouldn't do much for me as it only focuses on the crown of he head. So I spent $8,500 (1900 grafts) to do the transplant as the expectation would be to receive thicker hair on my hairline as I am 24 and suffering from hair loss. The procedure was performed by Dr. C, who apparently doesn't have a contact phone number to answer your questions. This should have been a red flag for me but I continued to go through with it as Vern assured me that he has high quality staff and was standing behind his surgeons. January - The surgery: I started my surgery on a Saturday morning, we went through the paperwork and noticed my name was spelled wrong, I corrected it as Youssef but they didn't even bother correcting my name on the paperwork. Dr.c*** was in charge of poking holes in my head while his team would put in the hair follicles. I was shocked to learn that some of the staff that was operating on my head was in "training" and was only 19/20 years old. 6 months after the surgery: I noticed that the hair line was defined but the hairs were thin and way too far from my actual reciting hairline. I also noticed two random hair follicles on the side of my scalp that are way too far away from my hairline. I noticed inconsistent hair roots,I had more hair on one side while the other side had very little and brittle hair. I contacted Vern and was told to be patient and wait. I was worried and wanted to speak to Dr. C, so I contacted the office and was told he doesn't have a cell phone (really?) And was given Howards number, his assistant. I gave him a call and texted him, no answer. I decided to wait and be more patient. I kept taking my DHT and using the lazer band. I also used minoxidil. 1 year since surgery 2/20. Finally had my "follow up". I explained to Dr. C my concern and was told "beauty is in the eye of the beholder, you want thicker hair, get another transplant". My hairline doesn't even look like I had what I paid for. It looks like half of the follicles were dead on arrival. I was furious, my problem to begin with was hair thinning on the hairline, I am now told I need more money to operate on the same location to get more hair? I was then thrown at a consultation again with a salesman (Nathan). He seemed like a nice guy and was willing to "help" me. He stated "it doesn't look bad for a 900 grafts" I corrected him, it was 1900. He basically told me the next step was to buy the "gold" PRP package for a discounted price of $4.9k. I laughed, I was angry. Dr C recommended another surgery while Nathan recommended me a PRP. No one is on the same page. I explained to Nathan that my surgery looks like it failed because of how uneven and thin the hair is on my hairline. The two random hair follicles on the side of my head were also a joke to say the very least. He basically told me, If you want us to fix it, you will have to pay us more. I was furious, being told "it's not bad" being told "pay us more money to fix our mistakes" I contacted Vern and was thrown back at Nathan stating he did everything he could by offering me a "discount" for PRP. Conclusion: Vern doesn't stand behind the surgery you get. You as a client are not protected by anything, no satisfaction and no guarantee. I lost my $8,500 and now have a choice of getting another surgery at another clinic to fix the mess they made or shave my head and wear a hat for the remaining of my life. I also requested my records and was ignored. It is pretty clear that Vern doesn't care when he realized I am not interested in paying him more, you stopped responding to my requests. I wanted to support Vern as he is a local business man but what happened to me is borderline criminal. Feedback for you and your team: Hire experienced staff and don't train new assistant on a live patient Get behind your services and fix them at your expenses, not the clients Use real results, not pictures and videos from Google/YouTube. You may get sued for copy rights of the owner found out or sued for false advertising. Be honest, address problems and don't ignore your clients Stop with the fake reviews, the positive reviews all have 1 review posted and it's obvious they either work for you or from a fake account. Overpriced compared to competitors, your discounts aren't really a discount.. As it sits right now, I wouldn't wish what happened to me to my worst enemy. Would not recommend it. You can't get your confidence back from this place. Take this review as a warning and get multiple consultations before stepping a foot into this place. A client Vern lost, Youssef
