December 30, 2022 I took my 7 year old son in for a simple haircut I asked the woman to shave the sides and leave the top long, she said sure and took him back to her chair and again I explained shaved on the side and long on top, afterwards I went and sat in the waiting area for about ten minutes when she entered the room and asked me to follow her back to my son and was thinking I would see him smiling with his new haircut but no, she proceeded to tell me she had to stop the haircut because my son had headlice she thumbed through his hair to show me and what I saw was a flea and no lice she also had cut his hair to short at that point to achieve the style I asked for and agreed to, as for the flea I have no idea where or how it got there I took him straight to a walk in clinic to look at his scalp he was fine. I was embarrassed my son was embarrassed, I even paid for the haircut to avoid further humiliation, I will never walk into another supercuts again I felt she was unprofessional, uneducated in her field and needs serious training in customer service as well as the difference between a louse and a flea. thank you
Desired outcome: That this employee gets proper training so this doesn't happen again
