Super Star Car Wash – Computer screen malfunction

Drove up to Super Star Car Wash in Denton, Texas this afternoon and had problems with the computer screen. I selected the $10 car wash button and put in my credit card. It took a long time and then it asked me “Do you want to cancel this wash?” I selected yes then I put card back in and almost immediately the receipt for $18 came out without me selecting. Gate opened and I drove up and I asked person at the entrance of car wash that this was not the wash I had selected so she called the manager at location and he advised me to call or go to this website since they couldn’t do anything about it. He also added that I would be put on hold for at least 40 minutes and that pretty much it would be wasting my time. I asked him how often did that happen and he didn’t answer that question but told me to contact the office. I was seriously thinking about getting the monthly package but after this I’m thinking how many other people have been scammed with this same problem and can’t do anything about it. Would love to get my refund of $8 back. Is this possible?
