Super Star Car Wash review: Being ignored

I cannot give this company any stars at this point but was forced to give one.

On 10/13/2025 I entered the car wash for a quick wash. The car wash machine malfunctioned causing the arm of the machine to stay down in front of the truck that was in front of me. This caused the truck to not be able to move. While the truck was stuck by the arm of the car wash machine, the conveyer belt kept moving causing my vehicle to repeated crash in to the truck in front. When the young attendants noticed this, they ran and turned the machine off. It was too late. My brand new car with only 4400 miles on it had been damaged. I filed a report and took pictures as did the truck in front of me. It has been 16 days since the accident and I have received 3 automated responses saying someone will contact me. The only reason I got the automated responses is that I went on the web site and sent repeated emails. But to date, no real person has contacted me and my car remains damaged. I am very upset about this. This has caused so much stress. I am hopeful that someone may answer before I get my lawyer involved.

I can see from reading the reviews from other people that I am not the only person who has been ignored. I am rather surprised by all this and disappointed.
