Arrived on time. Mike did a great job servicing the garage door and installed a key pad for us. He also gave us advice on how to keep up maintenance on the door. Very professional service.

During the Covid they were able to fix my door within a couple of days. Also shared their options on what best replacement material would last longer. Did not try to upsell you. Price point quite reasonable Clean up quick and tidy, will use them again Thanks for being friendly and honest.

Can't say enough good comments about the service from Crosstown. Our garage door has never worked so well after Mike completed the maintenance and upgrades on it. Highly recommend them to anybody that needs a garage door tuneup or new installation. And Carmen does a super job in the office in taking care of the details with follow up and communications with customers.

Efficient and professional services. Very helpful when I tried to self diagnose the problem with the garage door. Ultimately though, a very nice service professional came out and fixed the issues promptly. I am very pleased with the service that was provided. The exceptional service started when the friendly lady answered the phone and booked my appointment. The service gentleman was professional, friendly and arrived on time. He listened to me as to the issue with the door. He examined the door and discussed other maintenance that should be done. He took the time to explain everything. Their business card is now taped on the wall beside the door.

I called Crowfoot and Crosstown about an issue with my garage door. Colin came out that same day as assess the issue and gave me options on how to fix the it. I opted for a new door opener and spring. Colin scheduled me in for the next morning and provided me with the name of the installer. My installer Mike arrived on time and set to work immediately. Old GDO self destructed. Phoned for new opener and installation. They were there in two days even in their busy schedule. Installation when super and the work was impeccable. Much head scratching and programming went into attempting to program the old remotes to the new system, but to no avail. When the tech left I sat down and studied the old remotes and tried several modes, but all I managed to do was corrupt the original new programming, so out came the manual and a bit later all was good. Old remotes now in garbage. The whole job was totally acceptable. I will use them again in the future.
