My mini Cooper had an engine immobilizer issue, Replaced the engine immobilizer but it failed to synchronize with the ECU. This is the only solution to solve the problem. EWS Delete you really have to trust someone to send them your ECU ,….the one part that you can't do without. It's the cars brain. They said if I sent them the ECU on Monday when I have it back by Thursday and this is exactly what happened Great job

Definitely I was delighted with this company, excellent communication, professionalism, service and a super fast shipment and in time they solved my problem 200% I sent 2 DME of a BMW F30 328i 2013 one original and the other used with only 25k talk to Jeff about me The problem and the codes that my car was giving were 1F0514 valvetronic supply voltage short to ground and 123516 electronic wastegate activation line disconection and he told me that those codes start a bad DME so I sent the 2 DME to do the process of Clone when I received the DME that was good, that is, the used one, I quickly installed it, I connected the battery and when I pressed the start button, my car quickly started without any problem and if codes on the dashboard were super happy with RPM Motorsport, they won a customer from for life I recommend them to 200% A+++

Outstanding! Couldn't be anymore happier! I originally called because I had sent mu ECU to a competitor, was told nothing was wrong with it and it was sent back to me after a $150 fee. I still had the same issues with my mini cooper ECU going on limp mode, so I decided to call RPM. I explained everything I had done and prior to contacting them and about my apprehension with dealing with the other company. I asked for a different ECU and was given the option to acquire one on my own to program with the old ECU. This saved me a ton of money and the service was amazing. Was even sent a picture of damaged pins on my replacement ECU and how they had fixed it for me no charge. This is what I call customer service! Upon receiving the ECU I immediately installed on my mini copper and “alas"" , he was back in full force with no codes or limp mode whatsoever! After being quoted 3,500$ for a new ECU and being charged $150 for a test to see if the ECU was damaged by another company, I have to say that RPM was on point and saved me money! $ 100 for a used ECU and $299 to reprogram it was a steal! Thanks RPM. Will definitely recommend your services to all my friends!

They are worth every single penny. They the best customer service and techs. I spoke with them before I made my purchase, they kept in communication with me and assured me they could help with my issue. Not only did they fix it for me but they had it all back to me lightning fast. They fixed my CAS, DME, and made me an extra key at an awesome price. I highly recommend RPM to do the awesome job that they did for me. Wish I could give them ten stars.

I honestly have not received customer service like RPM Motorsport gave me. They walked me through trouble shooting the issue, when I couldn't figure it out. Their response time to voicemails and emails were very fast and they even responded on the weekend when they were closed. Not only did they fix the issue I had with my 2001 BMW X5 I was also given a second new key fob for free! Thoroughly happy with the products, service and very reasonable prices!
