Super Star Car Wash – About my vehicle getting scratches

On July 1,2023 I had been going to super car wash and like the service. On that day at 10:45am. I had a coupon to wash my vehicle. I got in line and went to one that don't scan. So one of the employee (ivan) came up to me and tried to scan the code. Didn't work so he told me to go to the next one, but there was a ride behind me. So he told me to go in between two blue poles. It was blue. I asked him if my ride would fit and he said yes. So he directed me. I kept asking him if my vehicle was ok and he kept saying yes. Just keep going through. I did and the scanner on that side worked. I went through and had my car washed. By the time I got through washing and going to wipe it. I've checked my vehicle and there was a big blue paint on my vehicle and scratch to my tire. That's when I went to the office and talked to a Samuel whom said he was the lead for that day and told him what happened. He told me to fill out a form for complaint and gave it back to him. He said he was going to put it in the system. He told me after they put the complaint in the system it's out of their hand and tried asking for a phone number nothinf. I'm not sure if he did but I have not hear from anybody since then. Samuel took pictures of my vehicle with the scratches. Tired calling just a machine that answers. It's been over a month now. I need help to fix the scratches. Please.
