On 9-4-23 at approximately 1130/1200, I placed an order for four Subs at the Yelm, Washington Subway in person.

On of the subs to be made was a BLT with turkey added, which cost me 4 dollars.

I left the Subway and went to the location where we got ready to eat our Subs. The BLT was not made as ordered. It came only with Mayonnaise, Bacon and Turkey but the was not lettuce or turkey as ordered.

We got done with our visit and headed home and I stopped at the Yelm Subway and asked to speak to a Manager. I was informed he was not in but maybe they could help me. I advised I had been in earlier and ordered 4 subs with on being the BLT with turkey. One of the employees, Natalie, she I looked familiar and she remembered me. I explained that they was not Lettuce or Tomato on the BLT I ordered. Another employee, Emily, steeped in and kind of acted like the person in charge. I went through the whole ordering process with Emily and explained I ordered a BLT with turkey and when The Sub was going to be eaten it did not have Lettuce or Tomato. Emily asked if I ordered the Lettuce and Tomato and I said yes when I ordered the BLT. She said unless you tell us to put Lettuce and tomato we don't. I said then it is not a BLT. I asked her if she went to a restaurant and ordered a BLT what would she expect to get on the sandwich and she said Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato. I said that's what I ordered was a BLT with extra Turkey but did not get a BLT, I got a Bacon Turkey sub. She said Subway was not a normal restaurant and this is the way they were told to make a BLT from Headquarters. She said she would have the Manager call me the next day.

I did not receive a call the next day from the Yelm Subway Manager.

I call the Yelm Subway on 9-6-23 and spoke with Lana, the Regional Manager, who happened to be at the Yelm Subway. I explained everything to her and she informed me that was the way they were told to make a BLT, without Lettuce and Tomato from Headquarters. I had a hard time believing this stupid information came from Headquarters. Why would someone tell their Franchise owners not to put Lettuce and Tomato on a BLT.

Desired outcome: Have CEO or Chief Chef contact all Subways and instruct them to put Lettuce and Tomato's on a BLT when ordered. I would like to be reimbursed for the wrong BLT.
