I ordered two subs for work from this location. When I got to work I bit into my sub and the bread was stale. The bread cracked and crumbled all over my work desk. I asked my coworker if her bread was stale and she said yes. I contacted the store and made a complaint to a male. He told me that he made the bread fresh and implied that I was lying. I left work, went down to the store and returned the sub. The person I spoke to on the phone was the man who rang up my order. When I returned the sub he began to argue with me even though I had the stale sub as proof in front of him. Another coworker made me a new sandwich and I left. As a veteran of the United States, I find it insulting that I was treated this way by this individual who refused to give me his name. I would like someone from Corporate to contact his individual and tell him to make sure his product is consumable and that he can't treat people this way. This occurred on January 7, 2019 @ 1130 am.
