Subway Wrong sub as ordered.

On 9-4-23 at approximately 1130/1200, I placed an order for four Subs at the Yelm, Washington Subway in person.

On of the subs to be made was a BLT with turkey added, which cost me 4 dollars.

I left the Subway and went to the location where we got ready to eat our Subs. The BLT was not made as ordered. It came only with Mayonnaise, Bacon and Turkey but the was not lettuce or turkey as ordered.

We got done with our visit and headed home and I stopped at the Yelm Subway and asked to speak to a Manager. I was informed he was not in but maybe they could help me. I advised I had been in earlier and ordered 4 subs with on being the BLT with turkey. One of the employees, Natalie, she I looked familiar and she remembered me. I explained that they was not Lettuce or Tomato on the BLT I ordered. Another employee, Emily, steeped in and kind of acted like the person in charge. I went through the whole ordering process with Emily and explained I ordered a BLT with turkey and when The Sub was going to be eaten it did not have Lettuce or Tomato. Emily asked if I ordered the Lettuce and Tomato and I said yes when I ordered the BLT. She said unless you tell us to put Lettuce and tomato we don't. I said then it is not a BLT. I asked her if she went to a restaurant and ordered a BLT what would she expect to get on the sandwich and she said Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato. I said that's what I ordered was a BLT with extra Turkey but did not get a BLT, I got a Bacon Turkey sub. She said Subway was not a normal restaurant and this is the way they were told to make a BLT from Headquarters. She said she would have the Manager call me the next day.

I did not receive a call the next day from the Yelm Subway Manager.

I call the Yelm Subway on 9-6-23 and spoke with Lana, the Regional Manager, who happened to be at the Yelm Subway. I explained everything to her and she informed me that was the way they were told to make a BLT, without Lettuce and Tomato from Headquarters. I had a hard time believing this stupid information came from Headquarters. Why would someone tell their Franchise owners not to put Lettuce and Tomato on a BLT.

Desired outcome: Have CEO or Chief Chef contact all Subways and instruct them to put Lettuce and Tomato's on a BLT when ordered. I would like to be reimbursed for the wrong BLT.

I bought a footlong tuna from the subway near me during my lunch at work (3:30 on Tuesday 9/5). I ordered it for pick up. I picked up the sandwich and went back to work. On the way out of the door at Subway I threw that long receipt in the trash. When I looked at the sandwich at work it was so thin! Barely any tuna. It looks like one spoon full of tuna...

Subway FLBOGO discount not applied to order and store clerk said something different then advertisment discount says

I decided to order from subway, due to online app saying discount code: FLBOGO would be applied as: "Buy one footlong get another footlong for free by ordering online"

Store clerk told me I had to buy 2 footlong sandwiches in order for discount to be applied, so I really brought one sandwich for approximately the price of 2.

Subway Being charged for cheese

Subway Sandwich not made per customer request, special instruction or even subway guidel

Ordered ftl chicken bacon with MORE of jalapenos, spinach (as opposed to lettuce), and onions. In setting up the order, Messaging indicated no jalapeno cheddar bread avail. I've run into this issue repeatedly before at my preferred location..store #44898-0. They previously guided to include my request in special instructions along with IF avail. The request was set up as ftl chicken bacon w pepper jack cheese and MORE jalapenos, onions, spinach (as opposed to lettuce) and on jalapeno cheddar bread IF avail and pepper only seasoning.. It was placed as an online order. Also in special instructions was the request to Do NOT cut, and double wrap because I had to travel a ways with my ftl. I also reiterated and highlighted the MORE of jalapenos, spinach, and onions and request with mustard added per my original order set up..

When I got to location, the first thing I did was confirm the avail of jalapeno cheddar bread. It was confirmed and that my ftl was made to order with jalapeno cheddar bread. Unfortunately that was a lie and also unfortunately since I was in a hurry, I took her word for it and left. When I checked later, I was really taken aback. The ftl was not al all made with jalapeno cheddar nor did I get MORE per my repeated request in the main order and special instruction. Additionally the request do NOT cut was ignored and no double wrap..What I did get was a chicken bacon ftl very light on chicken and bacon and heavy on the peppercorn ranch sauce and what appeared to be LIGHT or LESS of jalapenos, spinach and onions. As a result of the cutting as well as ONLY single wrap, My sandwich was starting to fall apart given the loose single wrap by the time I got it home. Additionally it tasted as if it had been salted when I aslo ONLY requested pepper ONLY and MORE of it.

The borromline...despite my best efforts to communicate my order clearly and completely, my sandwich was slapped together apparently in a rush, special instructions were largely ignored, packaging guidanbce ignored or overlooked and the taste of the sandwich was way off. To be completely transparent and fair, I did used an online coupon but that should not have mattered. regardless, My order was was so irresponsibly and recklessly slapped together it was not worth finishing and was tossed. I did try to call the location to let them know. They apparently have no working phone. I went back to location today and got nowhere as well. I asked for a mgr or supr..I was told none avail..and no mgr avail til next week..and she just started and knew nothing..2 workers on location and both green and apparently brand new but on their own.. When asked for mgr contact info I was told it was unavail, that they couldn't share because it was her (the mgr Jesse's ) private phone line. I tried repeatedly online, by phone in person etc and got nowhere. If I cant get immediate resolve for this egregious wrong, despite being a long standing customer, You will lose yet another customer going frwd. My customer service experience is totally unacceptable. Just no excuse for this complete lack of service standard and accountability. I would like a direct reachout out from Subway on what, how, why and the assurance these multiple egregious issues will ne taken serious and resolved...this was just wrong at so many levels..Why are you in business if this is how you operate..Why do you have an individual behind the counter who just could not give a care and clearly didnt give a hoot about doing his/her job..Just unacceptable..Please ideally give me a timely call back..[protected] or email at [protected]@aaahawk.com. Subway Poor experience

I made my first mobile order ever, because this store is near my job. The Sandwich absolutely drenched my sandwich in mayo, to the point that the sandwich is inedible.

This experience won’t keep me away from all Subways but I will never spend money at this store again.

Subway 1 footlong oven roasted turkey sub

I ordered a footlong turkey sub at 1923 east kearney Springfield Missouri and the whole sub was cheese and veggies no turkey I called them several times and they just hung up every single time I couldn't get to the store and I had it delivered I'm giving you a picture of receipt I spent 15.03$ and 7.00 on delivery charges and still had to go get something to eat I missed an important meeting and spent 250$ on the oasis motel room for meeting I am so mad at this store can you please rectify this issue

Subway Coupon deception

My wife and I are elderly. We had missed lunch due to several doctors appointments. Arby's was on our way, but we had coupons for Subway. The server said that this franchise (335 S. Kings Drive Charlotte, NC 28204) did not accept coupons. We got our sandwich, but paid twice as much. We were duped by false and misleading advertising.

I tried to complain to Subway directly, but the form would not work. A disreputable company.

Desired outcome: All Subway stores in the same area should accept coupons published locally. I will tell others about this company and it deceptive practices.

Subway Cockroach in restaurant

I ordered a meal in the Subway chain restaurant. I paid for the meal and went to the mans restroom. Seen Cockroach on top of the water tank of the toilet and on the floor. It was too late as the cockroach went on top of my cell where i left it on the water tank. I quickly removed my cell and took pictures. I went discreetly and advised the lady who was working there. She seemed like she did not care, nor was surprised. I said it went on my cell, i dont even want my sandwich anymore. She walked away and completely ignored me. I would have been reasonable and left this alone if she took my meal back and refund me, but she completely walked away from me. I am going to extreme measures now, but I will wait for a reply from executives, management or store owner before I put thought on how to escalate this more. Myself, i shut down operating rooms in downtown Toronto, Ontario and Im in the business of sterilization, sanitation and I truly don't want to complain further as if there are cockroaches in the washroom, then they are beside your business, in front, behind and at the front. If she refunded me, all would be done and i would not be writing you here. Operating Rooms get shut down for specs of dust inside them, imagine for a cockroach in a restaurant. Please educate your staff on difficult situations, with work, customers and situations. Ignoring a situation only escalates it. I have no issue calling Health Canada, etc non stop. Subway Key Pack 3

On 6th August 2023 my elderly mother was with my child who accidentally purchased key pack 3 for £19.99 whilst playing this game.

The price is far too much for this kind of game when the child might click on the option to purchase.

My mother has had no success getting a refund from Google who have been unresponsive.

The complaints procedure is arduous and she is not tech savvy (as you can see above!)

Trying to raise a complaint via paypal has also been unsuccessful as every time we try, the complaints platform crashes. She is down a lot of money now she cannot afford.

Looking for any help/tips/tricks to get this refund please

Subway Issue withg location Allen Road Peori Illinois with the sandwich made me sick

I having issues with subway location Allen Peoria Illinois located Walmart Supercenter. The number not working I cant reach store manager or owner to talk about issue had with location not wanted excepted coupons after while explaining to associated work that he respond with people try get over the system whatever means. Than finally accept coupon told sauce sandwich was same Honey Mustard sauce but wasn't it was sauce very hot made me sick where couldn't eat part the sandwich the impression sauce wasn't hot. I had tuna footlong paid with long with 6.99 coupon. Wouldn't buy cookies so can use my other coupon had did pick some cookie same didn't want and shove it towards me. I was trying to get another coupon to use go another location don't feel comfortable with them making me another sandwich. I need number corporate office. Thanks

Subway Bad quality food

I paid Zomato on [protected] Rs. 284/- plus to fetch an egg omelet with cheese. The omelet was very hard and the manager at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai Maharashtra agreed that it was over-baked and was ready to replace. He also apologized for not adding cheese. I had to discard 95% of it after tasting it. As it was very late in the night I refused a replacement. I complained to all like Subway, and Zomato but no action has been taken yet.

Desired outcome: Slept hungry that day. Need compensation. I am a Senior citizen and Diabetic. I could not take medicines prescribed after dinner.
