Subway review: Never got my food

I ordered 2 subs Sunday totaling $23.42 for delivery from store 6093 Lake Worth Rd in Greenacres, Fl 33463 and never received my order. Their website had them being delivered to themselves. However they still charged me for them! I tried calling them and their phones werent working either. I have tried to call the store for 2 days now and get NO answer. All I want is the food I paid for!

Desired outcome: I want my food or a refund

Subway - I paid on line and went to pick up food and local store said the never got the order but my bank account was charged.

Subway - Most discusting store,ever.

Subway - A salad, with tuna and cheese. plus toppings, and dressing, and chicken in a to go container for my dog.
