Today at 12:57pm on Sept. 25, 2023 #66255, this store manager went off the rails, completely out of order! She should be humiliated, but fear she won't be.

I arrived at this store and there were 6 people ahead of me so I used the toilet.

When I came out there were only 3 or 4 people left, so I went to what I thought was the end of the line. There was a young man about 16yrs and a male around 60yrs were just standing, not in line, but standing a few feet in front of the counter. I asked who was in front and the older man said he was ahead of the young man. They began to serve the young man before the older man and he got irrigated. I said please go ahead of me. The man asked the sandwich maker if that's normal to serve someone first that came in afterwards?

The store manager began shouting " Get out! Get out! I'm not doing this! (the man only asked a question) still Shouting Get Out... and then she pointed to me and said you too. Get out... What? All I was doing was standing there.

Whoever owns this franchise, and I do believe it is Summit Subway LLC, needs to be aware of the mismanagement of store #66255 in Clairmont Ranch Market Place @ 7935 Constitution Ave. Colo Spgs, CO [protected]

The manager should be fired! If it were my franchise, and I am a business owner for 28 yrs, I would do it ASAP! Embarrassing the employees and throwing people out doesn't help your bottom line sales.

You've lost my business forever... Pity...

Subway - I paid on line and went to pick up food and local store said the never got the order but my bank account was charged.

Subway - Most discusting store,ever.

Subway - A salad, with tuna and cheese. plus toppings, and dressing, and chicken in a to go container for my dog.
