State Farm review: my state farm agent lied

I switched from my former company because the State Farm Agent lied to me. Had he told me the truth I would have stayed with my old company. But he assured me that THEIR practice will not be raising their rates every year. Well they do. So I called the agent and told him he is a lying SOB. The I called State Farm put in a complaint against him and asked to be switched to another agent. Which State Farm did. One year later they said, " I physically threatened" the agent therefore they are cancelling me. I ASKED FOR THE PROOF.
They refuse to give me any proof that I threatened him.
So now I am cancelled. I pay my bills on time and I have a good FICO.
Without proof they cancelled because I CALLED THEIR AGENT A LIAR...not because I threatened him. But if they have proof why not show it? ans: LYING IS THE WAY STATE FARM DOES BUSINESS.
Lesson learned: ALWAYS TAPE SALES AGENTS ! always video tape. If they don't like it leave.
