On 12/29/25, after speaking with an individual from State Farm Re, the above-referenced claim number, I was asked to provide rental agreements for the initial rental care (Nissan Kick), which was parked and damaged (while parked) by your insured.
I provided State Farm with the rental agreement for NU Car (Nissan Kick), which I paid $160.00 to tow back to NU Car rentals on Van Buren in Phoenix, AZ. I also provided (via upload into the State Farm portal) a 2nd rental agreement for Avis (VW Jetta). I was on vactaion and incurred a medical issue that required the use of a vehicle. Hence, the Avis rental (VW Jetta).
On 12/29/25, a State Farm person advised that an itemized bill was required for the tow (damaged Nissan Kick) back to NU Car rental in Phoenix, Az. I advised the agent that I would contact the Tow driver and request an itemized bill.
On December 30, 2025, I responded to a voicemail from State Farm. I reitered that I (Already) requested an itemized bill from the tow driver and asked, WHAT ELSE COULD YOU POSSIBLY NEED FROM ME. The State Farm person put me on hold to look into the matter further. While on hold, a different State (Clueless) Farm person asked for my claim number. I advised the clueless person that someone was assisting me, and there was no need to speak with a 2nd (Clueless ) State Farm person. I became irritated, and the "Cluless person disconnected the call. I called back and spoke with another "Cluless) person who informed nr that neither rental fees would be covered (NU Care - Nissan Kick & Avis VW Jetta). I was not advised of this when Stare Farm requested rental agreements for each respective rental (DamagedNiissan Kick and VW Jetta - via Avis)
State Farm is attempting to renege on paying for the NU Car rental (damaged Nissan Kick and the 2nd (Replacement VW Jetta rental. Satet Farm is also badgering me for an itemized tow invoice after I advised that I would request it.
PLEASE HELP!
Desired outcome: Reimburse me for the damaged rental, both rental fees (NU Car & Avis) & tow fee.
