StarHub – Very lousy knowledge of selling the products!

One of your sales call me and tell me to upgrade the TV box! And I said I got 5 tv set up box! And he told me my 5th box I can get from StarHub shop ! The installer will pass me a letter ! His name is Hafiz! The sales man ! When the installer arrive my unit , he told me there’s no such thing for 5th box !so I get back to him and he only say sorry ! So now ahwt should I do !?if I knew I cannot get the 5th box then u shouldn’t have renew !your ppls r very horrible !
