So, I recently got a text from these folks, and it had some attachment that tried to download a nasty virus onto my computer. Luckily, I was smart enough to delete it right away. After that, I decided to give them a call, but guess what? They didn't pick up. I left them a message, but it seems like they're not interested in getting back to me. Oh, and by the way, the number they have listed on their website is totally disconnected. Can you believe it?

Inteliquent is a platform that has been criticized for providing a haven for scammers to exploit innocent individuals. They have allowed various scams, such as the *** pharmacy scam, *** scam, LBF travel scam, Publishers' Clearing House scams, refund scams, tech support scams, lottery scams, tax scams, gift card scams, insurance scams, energy scams, impersonation scams, nuisance communications, and harassment scams to take place. These scams have been reported to Inteliquent, but unfortunately, no action has been taken to address them. Scammers from ***, ***, ***, and the *** have been utilizing Inteliquent to carry out their fraudulent activities. These scammers even go as far as using racial slurs against ***, displaying a complete disregard for decency. It is disheartening that no one is being held accountable for these actions. VOIP services should only be accessible within ***, unless there is a legitimate reason for having offices in multiple countries. ***, ***, ***, and *** are abusing the privilege of using VOIP communication. It is high time that we implement strict regulations and enforce them rigorously to ensure that those responsible for these scams are held accountable.

I get about 4 phone calls every day from telemarketers or scammers who use Neutral Tandem VOIP to make their calls. I'm on the Federal Do Not Call list, but the calls keep coming in every day. These calls come from outside the United States, and Neutral Tandem is breaking the law by helping these calls reach people on the do not call list.

This business called Neutral Tandem VoIP has called me three different times. I have sent you snapshots. I want the spamming to stop. This company is trying to sell people medical drugs and products. I don't care to even answer these calls. I have registered and also opted out. If you don't wish to receive any more calls, please press 2. As soon as you hit that option, it just disconnects. Then, weeks later, they call from different numbers.

ASC, LLC. has been using Neutral Tandem VOIP services to make spam calls. I have recorded multiple incidences in the past 28 days where I have the random numbers they call from, and have asked them to cease calling me. I have made multiple attempts and they hang up when you ask them to be placed on the Do Not Call list. I know this complaint will likely go nowhere, but this VOIP provider needs to be made aware that their customer ASC, LLC. is violating some TOS.

I keep gettin harassin scam phone calls, and when I look up the carrier, the numbers are issued by Inteliquent. I have reported them in the past, and have just reported another. Intelliquent provides *** to the countries where most of these calls come from, which makes them complicit.There is *absolutely no reason whatsoeverthat someone on the *other side of the planetshould be *ABLE to call me.Intelliquent enables scammers in ***, ***, and other countries outside of U.S. jurisdiction to make these harassin calls, and forces the victims to waste valuable time reportin them. This has been an ongoin problem. I have never even heard of this company before I started gettin scam calls from numbers which they provide.

Phone number ***, which is listed as a block of numbers from Neutral Tandem in Gruver, TX, sent me a text claiming to be my credit union and warning me about a potential fraud. However, it turned out to be a phishing scam. I quickly responded with a firm "NO" to indicate that I did not make the charge. Shortly after, I received a call from ***, which is the main line for SECU (my credit union). The person on the other end informed me that a purchase had been flagged as suspicious because it was not made in my city. To further verify my identity, he sent me a security code text through ***. Since I noticed that *** had a history with my bank, I assumed it was legitimate.

About ten minutes later, I received a bill for $1282.93 from APPLE COM/US *** CA, which was supposed to be charged to my account. However, when I contacted Apple to confirm the transaction, they informed me that it was not theirs. It's worth noting that Apple typically bills as APPLE.COM/BILL and does not provide a phone number. In this case, the listed number was impersonating Apple.

I immediately contacted SECU and filed a fraud claim. They took swift action and reissued me a new card to ensure the security of my account.

I keep getting constant calls from a foreign call center pretending to be different United States government agencies, like Social Security, that use Neutral Tandem / Inteliquent to hide where the calls are coming from using VOIP services that Neutral Tandem offers. These calls ask for my social security number, Medicare ID number, and they want me to confirm personal information like bank account numbers and past addresses, and stuff like that. I checked with these agencies and they told me that these calls are NOT from any US government agency. Call centers that lie about being USA government agencies just to get Medicare numbers and make fake claims for money are doing illegal stuff. A company that helps them do this is putting itself in danger by offering these services. I was surprised to find out that Inteliquent is actually a US company. The Federal government needs to step in and shut this company down.

Constant calls unsolicited. Neutral Tandem is a scammer

Received an unsolicited and I feel it to be a SCAM text message stating: "BACKGROUND CHECK MSG# 906 - Someone Ran One On You, On Tuesday 2/02. Find-Out Who http://peopleweds.com/check3/cFtFLPD"

I am receiving many unwanted calls from this company. I am on the do not call list and have a call filter. They will not stop calling. This is harassment! Being called as I file this complaint! Proof in pics.

This company provides fake VoIP numbers for *** Healthcare scam call centers. They break FCC Rules by masking call center numbers with real numbers and I would bet they break FTC rules my knowingly engage with these scam call centers

I have been receiving calls from the following numbers ***0, ***, ***. I have a spam call blocker which shows up as Dynata and Neutral Tandem VOIP. I block every call that comes in yet i continue to get calls with people talking about political scams. This needs to stop!

I have received calls from all of these numbers: ***. They are all tied to that nasty company. I am on the no call list, confirmed and have been for years.

I get multiple spam calls from people using this companies voip call service daily. It's relentless! It's been going on for over 2 yrs all hours of the day. I don't want to get woken up by these spam calls anymore! I've been on the do not call registry since 2013. I've filled a complaint with the *** And just about any other government agency I can think of. Nothing stops calls from spanners who use this companies services. The ComplaintsBoard.com is my last option before I contact a lawyer to *** this company. I've absolutely had it! It's about time this company gets held accountable for allowing its customers to harass people. I think a nice class action lawsuit might get them to listen to everyone who is as fed up with receiving these calls as much as I am. It's not that hard to monitor your customers to make sure they aren't using your service for illegal activities.
