If I could give negative stars to this location I would. I had the absolute worst experience at Starbucks, and I will no longer be a customer of Starbucks moving forward. And this is not the first time at this location and now I know why, unqualified Management.
My complaint is against the Manager, Alexis Acosta. I went through the drive through and was trying to place my order. Alexis Acosta was taking my order. She cut me off me repeatedly, ignored my questions, and rambled instead of listening. When I told her she was not listening she refused to serve me, blaming me for her rudeness and unprofessionalism. I asked for the Manager and she condescendly commented, "I am the Manager." No apologies, no customer service, no attempt at de-escalation. I pulled up to speak to her face to face and she mockingly gave me the 800 number for customer service. In a childish tone she told me Starbucks doesn't need my business. I wholeheartedly agree! Not only have you lost my money, but you've lost my entire family's money. And you know we Latinos have lots of family members. That's thousands of dollars Starbucks over one rude, condescending, immature and unprofessional employee. Good luck with that!
If this is the best Starbucks has to offer then I understand why they are losing so many customers. If you have self respect do not support this location.
Not only was Alexis Acosta unprofessional, condescending, passive-aggressive but apparently now the employees are allowed to mock you and refuse you service for asking questions. Clearly Starbucks has failed in customer service training! I will spend my money elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.
Claimed loss: Humiliation, Disrespected, Emotional Damage
Desired outcome: Free coffee for life!!!!
