Starbucks amanda was rude

Amanda was the only one on coffees and made multiple coffees for different customers through drive thru before she made me my latte. So I got impatient and asked if my coffee was being made, her response was "well I don't know what you go, so" and just overall had a snotty attitude. Didn't say have a nice day, nothing.
It was not even busy inside, it just took too long.

Starbucks customer service

I was at a starbucks location in porterville, ca november 8, 2016 inside the target. There was two folks (who were together in front of me). No one was in line behind me. After taking the two folks order in front of me the barista told me that she would be right with me. She made the 3 drinks ordered for the folks that were in line in front of me. By now there was 5 folks in line behind me. She took my order which was a trenta very berry hibiscus with lemonade instead of water. ($5.55). And proceeded to help all 5 folks order in line before making my drink. My the time she was done with all the orders I was done waiting especially since she had already made me wait for her to make the drinks for the folks in front of me and then had to wait for her to clear the line. Once she was taking the last persons order another barista walked up and I asked her for a refund and customer service #. (after waiting 10 minutes from the time I approached the line for my order to be taken, for her to make drinks for the folks in front of me, take my order and take the drink orders for all the folks in line behind me and my drink was not even made yet... I had a fussy baby and was done waiting). The second barista replied she was the manager and she would take care of it in private. I didn't expected her to take care of it in front of me or anyone else but at least ask what the problem is so it can be handled or addressed. Not sure why I had to wait so long for 1 drink when the folks in front of me were helped right away and I was the only one in line behind them and to top it off which was partially my fault my refund wasn't the full amount. I told her the wrong drink (I was frustrated over the whole ordeal) although the original barista told her (the manger) what drink I had ordered.

Well, I didn't realize the Duchess was visiting Starbucks in Target...Where there is usually only one person doing drinks/one person doing cashiering. God forbid that someone of your apparent heritage have to wait a few minutes for a coffee!

The people in front of you are there first. Of course they are going to be served before you.

Sounds like just cuz you have s snivelling little brat, you thought you wouldn't have to wait for coffee.

Grow up, you self entitled little crybaby;

Starbucks the cashier

I asked about the calories of sandwich because the tag is not facing the customer then she answered 450 then I asked how about the other sandwich then she said do you want to buy it or not because I need to assist other customer but the customer is only two including myself. Then I said why you're so mean. Then she said because I don't have time for that. I dont know what she mean. I think as a customer I have the right to ask what I want to buy she raised her voice and arguing with me, I said miss you should know what kind of job you have its more on customer service and you should be nice to all of your customers. Then she said she dont want to deal with me and she asked her other co-worker to deal with me with my order. Hope this kind of attitude of workers will be corrected.

Thanks.

Starbucks the vulgar songs/lyrics being played in their stores...

I'm certainly not a prude or a 'church lady' or such, but, in a business that serves the public (including children!), starbucks should do a better job of making certain that vulgarities are not blasted over the in-store speakers. One song in particular that i've heard multiple times in starbucks is this: http://www.shazam.com/track/315733610/broccoli

Look at those lyrics. If I heard that song in a club serving only adults, then I wouldn't complain, but come on...in a starbucks?!

I'm still at Starbucks after posting this complaint and I just heard a song that drops the 'F word' several times: http://www.songlyrics.com/gnash/i-hate-u-i-love-u-lyrics/ Really, Starbucks?! Who at the headquarters in Seattle thought it was acceptable to allow stores to have such vulgar music streams as an option? They should be fired and the situation fixed.

Starbucks poor service

We went to t4 baggage starbucks coffee, sky harbor international airport, phoenix, az. Store id: phxsta16
The 6 crew members were totally unorganized, each person was doing every job so drinks were being made randomly by whomever walked by. The crew was literally walking into each other as they meandered around the store. On top of that my 2 drinks were wrong, the person in front of us and behind us also had incorrect drinks. The one customer was so mad she asked for her money back rather than a correct drink.

Starbucks hot drink cups

I am a loyal starbuck's customer. I spend a lot of money on coffee. I am absolutely sick and tired though of getting a coffee and then have it drip all over... Either down the cup on my hands or down my outfit when I take a sip. This is really uncalled for with a brand promise such as starbucks's. Is it really work the pennies that are being saved? I never write complaints. For me to get to this point is really saying something. Don't forget why customers pay $5 for a coffee!

Starbucks disappointed

I loved starbucks and was their loyal customer for a long time.
Recently I went to starbucks to get some coffee. I made and order and purchased a take out coffee.
When I was just about to leave one of starbucks employees accidentally run into me and as a result coffee was everywhere - on the floor, on me. They said they were very sorry and that's it. They never offered me another coffee! Just said how sorry they were and nothing else. Very bad service!

Starbucks customer service

Starbucks in newark airport terminal c storeid: ewrsta06
Customer service was bad - I asked for a grande pike coffee with a little bit of steamed milk (instead of leaving room for milk at the bar). They refused to do it; they said they would have to charge me for a misto. I was not interested in a misto I only wanted a full cup of coffee with a little bit of steamed milk. I explained that no other starbucks ever charges me for a misto and that's how I always order my cofeee at starbucks. They said sorry, that's how we do it here. Shouldn't all starbucks' be consistent across the board? Even when I order coffee from a starbucks inside of department store I never have a problem.

Starbucks service

Hello,
I am an employee at the lax airport and I frequently patronize the starbucks at terminal 6 (laxsta29). However today will be my last time going there because they're sevice is extremely lousy with a capital "l".
Everytime I go there, they are always out of products and the counter where you get your condiments is always dirty. From spilled milk to sugars and cinnamon spills. It's absolutely disgusting. Mind you this location has only been open for business for around two to three months and the first time I went there the place was so unorganized they didn't even have displays set out and the counter again was all dirty from the night before and I know this for a fact because I asked them "why was the counter so dirty since they just opened an hour ago" and the young lady's response was" because the night shift didn't clean up last night. So i've decided to just take my business somewhere else.

Starbucks service

Stopped by your location harris hospital fort worth tx. 10/7/16. At 3 pm. Going to place an order for black ice tea for 4 people. The girl at counter would not acknowledge us standing there. When we placed our order she stated we don't carry that anymore with an attitude. I stated well it's still on your menu and she came back with even more attitude. Well it hasn't been updated in a couple years. This is a hospital with hundreds of people going in and out everyday. Guess yours sales at this location are slipping and I can see why. I'm a overly nice person but her attitude just made me realized why there's so much trouble in the world.

Starbucks ordering

This happened in the starbucks at kings plaza mall on 9/14/2016 @ 12:45pm. I was standing in line waiting to place my order, I was the only person on line. There was 1 person ahead of me, standing at the register. I must have stood there about 20 minutes. When I finally get up to the register the cashier decides to take some other random persons order who just walked up to the counter. The line specifically forms behind me. There is even a roped off area with a sign that reads "please enter here", which is where the line begins. When I informed the cashier that I was waiting in line, he responded with, but she was waiting longer. Which first of all, is not even true. There was no one else there the entire time I was waiting, except for that one other person in front of me at the register. Even if she had been standing there longer, she still was not on line. So why wouldn't you say anything to her? Why bother to even have a line at all then if people are allowed to just walk up to the register without any regard to the people or person in line? I even pointed out the sign to both this other person & the cashier. They both had the same response "she was here first". What a crock of b. S that was! So rude. I walked off without buying anything. Next time I go there i'm going to purposely cut the line and say well why not, when it was done to me it was ok right? Not going there again. You are not worth it anyway. Learn where your line forms & make sure your customers know it too. That is so not the way to treat your waiting customers at all.

Maybe you should read it again, slowly, so it could better sink in. I'll repeat myself for you. Here it is again: there was one person waiting at the register (Why this person was even standing there for 20 minutes rather than standing at the pick-up area, is another question i would like to have answered ). And this other one person was the only one there. There was no one else behind me, which is where the line forms. When i got up to the register that's when the other person came out of no where, to place her order. Here's the second question i would like to have answered: even if...If...She had been standing there and i did not see her, which isnt the case, b/c like i said, there was no one else there...But even if, i'll give you that much...If...She had been there...Why wouldn't the cashier know how to do his job & tell her to stand in line? Like i said, why even have a line at all, if you are then going to allow people to randomly walk up to the register from the opposite direction without any regard to the people on line? Me saying i was going to cut the line was so you would understand just how obnoxious that was for me, but apparently you are too stupid to understand that. Therefore, take your crap coffee and shove it up your ###. And noooooo way will i ever return for that crap. You only have one decent flavor anyway. Not worth it. Crap coffee, crap cashier and crap customer serivce to boot, what a shocker lol. That was sarcasm by the way, incase you didnt understand that one either. And dont bother to respond i am not wasting my time reading your stupidity. Train your workers so they know how to do their job. "please enter here" sign is there for a reason, is it not? Or do you not understand that either? You don't even follow your own policy. What a disgrace of a crap business. I'm sure that cashier wont even be there in about a month. You go through them like toilet paper. Shame on you all! And screw you!

Starbucks straw

I bought a cup and a pack of 3 steel straws at starbucks in bellerose, ny, for about 40.00. The second time I used it the steel straw cut my mouth up. It was very painful and is still sore after almost a week. I threw the cup and straws out. This is a horrible, dangerous product. I feel its only fair for the company to refund my 40.00 and the price of my venti latte and pay me for the pain I am suffering because of this straw. They really need to get rid of it. Im sure others have been hurt to. I may call an attorney about this if I dont hear from them!

Starbucks donation program

Hello,

I would like to make a formal complaint about starbuck's indianapolis, in. Lafayette rd. Location. I am partners with food donation connection. Since joining the program, whenever the manager catheryn is there she is unprofessional and rude to me. I am an on-air host for a major network and I own a charity and I pick up donations from several donors for a good cause. This morning after waiting in a long line. She decided to make me wait again for donations. She often does this when she is there. It takes about 10 seconds to get and give the donations in the containers already packed. She went on to restrict the other workers from getting donations for me which again, were ready in a bin, sitting in plain sight, feet from the registers since close the night before. She only gave us one container and when I called, prior to going to pick it up, another worker told me there were two. She really put a frown on my face this morning just from her negative attitude and behavior. And her negative attitude continues for the last 5 months. I used to be a customer at that store for some odd 6 years, but it wasn't until I started to pick up donations that her attitude changed. Its as if she has a personal stake in the game by following starbucks policies. If I were the owner of starbucks, I would want all my employees to use the best professional conduct, with everyone, including charities.

Starbucks booted car

I went to starbucks coffee store at 30 whitlock ave, 30060 marietta today, 07/16/16, thinking to buy a package of via and claimed a free drink for my daughter. I parked my car at 12.30 pm. I was walking towards the store door when I realized I forgot my starbucks rewards card (that I have had for being loyal customers had it for around 3 years). So I downloaded starbucks apps and I knew it took longer cause my internet was slow, my daughter and I decided to walk around to kill the time (while starbucks app still loading up) instead of waiting inside the store because from my previous visits, the store was busy and no empty tables left.

When I came back to the parking lot (around 12.45 pm), I saw an orange ticket was stick on my window by eps parking services employee technician id#139. I asked one of the starbucks employee, but she did not know anything and advised me to call the number on the orange ticket. I called the number and found out that the eps employee was still in the parking lot, dealing with other starbucks customer's cars and some people regarding the same problem (I saw some cars had the same ticket).

This was the first time I got charged for parking my car at this starbucks as starbucks customer although it was not the first time I visited this store. I asked the eps employee who issued the ticket why I was charged, and he explained that any one who left the property, even though he/she bought starbuck products and left the car to go somewhere and came back to buy starbuck product again would still be charged $75 and if the customer paid to him I would be charged $50 only.

Then he showed me the warning sign. The sign is one under the tree (that some part of the signt is covered by leaves), and the others are at both entrances/exits of parking lot. However, the sign is misleading customers and tricky as in the pictures attached. On top part of the sign is printed in large size letters (warning-parking is reserved for current customers of starbucks only) and the bottom part of the sign in small printed letters saying about booting cars. (the sign in the pic look big because I zoomed it when the picture was taken).

When I asked when the eps was allowed to charge starbucks customers who parked at starbucks property, the eps gentleman said that it was after starbucks and eps had signed the contract around a couple of months ago. I was left speechless for that. I can not believe that starbucks has signed the contract to impose charges on loyal customers who park their car in their property?. This is a betrayal to loyal customers!

My questions are how a big company like starbucks who wants their customer loyal to them treats their customers like this by signing contract with eps to charge their loyal customers for parking in their property? Does starbuck make money on this deal? I believe, starbucks will lose customers, especially on this location if there is no solution. If I am the only one who got the ticket, I would understand, but there were many customers today that got the same situation.

My expectation is, starbuck has to enforce eps parking and services to refund my money and other's. If starbucks wants to make money by doing this such business, starbucks and eps has to change the signage so it will be read clearly and not misleading. The warning in the bottom part should be printed in large size letter and moved to the top part.

Although after I had been charged $50 for waiting on starbucks app downloaded, I still bought the via coffee because that was my reason to park my car there.

If there is no resolution on this matter, I will stop patronizing starbucks and will not spend any dime on their products. I have spent hundreds bucks/year because my family is a starbucks' family. I even bought my verrissimo coffee maker in this downtown marietta store.

I was going by the Starbuck's parking lot on Whitlock in Marietta, Georgia when a gentleman was leaving his van with five kids in tow headed for the square. The EPS employee was less than 10 feet from his vehicle and saw him, and his grand kids leave the parking lot. I warned him just as he was leaving the property in time for him to move his vehicle. When I confronted the EPS person and asked why he did not tell the man not to leave the property he refused to acknowledge me and was very rude. I guess my intervention had cost the EPS attendant $60.00 but I least I saved this grandfather enough for a little ice cream on the square. The incident made my day! This Starbuck's policy of booting people's cars is absolutely wrong. I will never do business with the downtown Marietta Starbuck's again.

Starbucks rewards not honored

Starbucks runs promotions and asks customers to buy coffee multiple days with the promise of reward points/stars. They offer stars, for example, 200 stars, in exchange for buying 15 times in 15 days. They also run promotions rewarding you for trying multiple new products in a limited time period. But they don't give you the stars. Recently I participated in two promotions, one for 200 stars, and another for 60 stars. No stars were ever loaded onto my account. When I called Starbucks to complain they said they would be loaded within 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. They got me to spend about $86 dollars in 18 visits but they don't honor their promotions. I have been a loyal customer for years but not anymore--Starbucks is interested in getting me to spend money but won't honor their promotions. Thanks Starbucks--consider me an ex customer.

Starbucks travel mug replacement lids

Starbucks service

I got a mobile order for a peach iced tea. When I got there instead of making my drink I saw the employee put my cup off to the side and he continued to make other drinks. I stood there for 15 almost 20 minutes and nothing happened. I even pointed out to my friend who was standing next to me that my cup is over there on the side and that they are not touching it. When I said it I saw that employee look at me, but he did nothing. I decided to tell one of the other employees what happened and she asked that employee what happened. He said that they just simply ran out of the peach syrup. Instead of informing me about it like a mature adult he decided to act childish and put it away and disregard as if it didn't exist. So disrespectful. I spent good money on that drink, so I deserve to get it or get my money back. In the end I just got the iced tea with mango syrup instead.

Bought two of the Black Tea Lemonade add Sparkling Drinks, got home and tried it and it was disgusting. Not just one but both were bad. You mostly tasted the sparkling water in it. I would never of thought that Starbucks would have a bad drink. Won't be getting teas from Starbucks again. Ashland and First street.

Starbucks beef brisket and skinny vanilla latte

Around 7:25 tonight, June 1, 2016, I went through the drive-thru in Greece, NY on West Ridge Road and ordered a beef brisket sandwich and a tall skinny vanilla latte, which I have ordered a couple other times in the past and had no problems. However, this time my skinny vanilla latte did not taste like one and had no flavor and tasted very sweet like there was a ton of sugar in it. Just awful. Plus it was hardly hot. As for the sandwich, whoever prepared it just tossed the meat on it without paying attention. Only half of the sandwich had meat and one side of the bread hadn't even been toasted or grilled (however they cook it), and the bread was sliding off the sandwich. I was very disappointed that there was half a sandwich without meat and should think there's a recipe for each employee to follow in preparing these. The drive-thru was not busy and there was only one vehicle behind me. And to make matters worse, I asked for a receipt and the girl said they couldn't give me one as the receipt machine was broken. Unbelievable! This will be the last time I go there and I will make sure my family and friends here about this. At least there's one good thing about this evening, you offer a site to write complaints. I can't provide pictures as I ate the sandwich. I hadn't done any grocery shopping and usually trusted Starbucks for a good meal. I know it came to around $11.00 but without a receipt... you get the point.
