Starbucks vickie

Your employee Vickie is one of the slowest, laziest, uninterested and uncaring Starbucks employees I have ever have the misfortune to encounter. No greeting no thank you no I'm sorry when she totally screws up your order, and certainly no sense of urgency of getting people in and out, thank god no one is on a schedule or in a hurry! The gentleman that had to work with her was doing an amazing job, thank goodness he was there, the line would have been 50 deep instead of only 25.

Starbucks deceive consumers - not comply with their own commitments for a discount activity

Chinese mid-autumn festival is coming thus the Starbucks Taobao(China) Official Flagship Store (Starbucks星巴克官方旗舰店) released a discount activity -- buy a ¥598 voucher for 10 moon cakes(small but nice) plus another discount coupon. I bought the voucher by followed all the activity instructions and even queried the service about how the discount coupon work before I paid for it. Guess what? I get NO COUPON and the service shirk responsibility and said this is all my faults. Excuse me? I just follow all the information they post but cannot get the thing they promised and now I should pay for it?
I need their apology and the coupon equivalent value refund.

The complete process is:
The Starbucks Taobao shop (online) was selling a voucher between 11st Jul. and 12nd Aug. for the mid-autumn festival. This activity required to pay for it before 12nd (inc. 12nd) Aug. and while you received the voucher(the shop mails the voucher thus will take 2 more days for shipping) you can scan the QR code on the voucher to get another discount coupon, and all the advertising slogan show the same message to customer. Therefore, I bought the voucher at 12nd Aug. when I saw that advertising and received the voucher at 14th.
Then I found I could not get the discount coupons through scan the QR code provided on the voucher. While I asked the customer service online, he said "this discount coupon QR code should be scan before 12nd Aug., but you scan it on 14th. At that time, it was expired."
WTF! No one tell me that thing while I was querying the service about this activity, even when I asked the provisions on 12nd Aug., and now, they are playing the "Chinese word game" which just say "that word means you should BUY & SCAN, not only buy" and refuse to do anymore explanation.
I think they did not show/tell the truth about the discount coupon deadline to customer, and encouraged me to buy an unable discount coupon, it is a TOTALLY DECEITFUL ACT!

Starbucks 2nd day toilets not working

We almost visit this branch on daily basis
For the last two months it seems you have a problem with toilets, once or twice a week toilets doesn't work because the car that comes to empty the Sewage tanks or whatever it is called comes once a week
So that sewage system is full .. no cars available.. no toilets
And toilets needs to be cleaned more times than usual

Starbucks furniture

Me and my partner both visited Starbucks queen street Auckland on 13 August 2019 between 6:45-7:15 pm we ordered coffee and muffins and requested for dine in. We took our coffees and went upstairs and sat on couch chair kept there. After 10 mins of sitting my partner started feeling itching all over his body so we left. As soon we got home me and my partner both got marks on our body and we were literally scratching. I believe there is something in your furniture flea or bugs.
Please look into this as this is not acceptable. Me and my partner both got marks on our body.

Starbucks coffee not as described - told medium but is dark roast

I bought some Yunan coffee beans from the Starbucks at Terminal 2 at the Beijing Capital Airport on 23 July. There was no information on the package so I asked what kind of roast it was and they told me medium, which was what I wanted. However, when I got home and opened the package it turned out to be a dark roast. I don't like that type of roast and would not have bought that coffee had they given me the correct information.

I think they should send me a replacement with the right roast.

Starbucks macchiato

Hi there

I was in Collingwood this weekend at the Blue Mountain location and my order was incorrect multiple times. The first time I ordered a latte macchiato iced with just cinnamon no caramel or syrup I got it with syrup . Gave it back and they remade it with caramel. This took a 15 minutes to rectify and with small kids this was very frustrating and inconvenient. The next day My husband ordered me a latte and again my order was incorrect. My husband had to go back from the room to the store to get my order corrected. Very disappointing and frustrating again. It may be a busy location but I find the standards to be below the norm. I wasn't offered anything for my inconvenience as other Starbucks locations would.

Starbucks tall hot vanilla latte

I have been going to the Palm City location since it opened. I've had a complaint in the past for which I was compensated for. This time I'm not looking for compensation. I just wanted to say how fed up I am with that location. I ALWAYS order a Tall Hot Vanilla Latte, no foam, with Whip Cream and Cinnamon sprinkles. Lately Thomas has been making my Latte and when I pull away, take a sip of it and it tastes like CRAP! It's like he pays no attention to the label on the cup. He gives me a Latte, NO VANILLA, LOTS OF FOAM, NO WHIP CREAM. I got back to work and dumped it down the sink. That's another $4.00 wasted!I've attached a picture of the empty cup, which shows the remaining foam and some brown gunk at the bottom of the cup. The other picture is of a Latte I got today at the North Stuart location. Notice there is no foam and no brown gunk at the bottom of the cup. That's the way it should be!

It's a real shame because I really like the people at Palm City, but they need to put Thomas back on register, in my opinion. I've had no problems since the last time I complained, until Thomas started making my Lattes. It's unacceptable.

Starbucks starbucks insulated water bottle (vacuum flask)

Dear Sir/Madam,
Yesterday (04/08/19) while traveling back to Dubai from Shnaghai China airport, I have purchased insulation water bottle (Vacuum flask) but when I filled it with water it is leaking from cap.

I went to one of Starbucks outlet In Dubai (Burjuman Cetre) and they said they can't help.

Now I am not sure what to do?

I have attached pictures of receipt, waranty card and bottle.

Can you please help me how to get it replaced/repaired?

Starbucks service

Today the 4th of August, at 8:00 P.M. at the nile city branch, the barista there was extremely rude and kept violating the line and talking to the customers in a very rude way saying that he doesn't care about the customers and that we can leave if we're not satisfied. This is not an acceptable way to be treated in a such a large well known company.

Starbucks iced white mocha

I was at Starbucks City Stars branch in Cairo. I ordered iced white mocha with ice cubes not blended. The order was not understood by the barista so I explained that its not a frappacino it is white mocha on ice cubes. The barista confirmed the order.
What I received was a tasteless diluted frappacino. It was very pale and tasted like diluted milk.
It is the worst drink I ever had with no exaggeration.

I ordered a venti caramel frappuccino and a cafe mocha, after waiting 25 min for my order I received what tasted like an iced milk with whipped cream and a hot chocolate. Couldn't taste a hint of coffee in either. Starbucks has been going downhill with their quality for a very long time and a lot of the employees seem to be poorly trained. This is the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had and not sure I'll ever return.

Starbucks they don't call when the order is ready

Yesterday 25th July 2019 at 13:00, I went to this branch for the third time and the last time. The woman was sleeping, while the guy taking the order. He woke her up as it was getting busy. The wooden floor was wet and the place was stinky because of that. They took my order, and I went to sit. I was waiting for him to call my order, bit he didn't. I saw a man thought that was his order, but he told him it wasn't. So I went to him saying: why in this branch you never call when the order is ready unlike other branches. He claimed he called, but if he did so, the man will not go and check if it was his or not. Afterthat, the girl called for the next order, but then they kept silent again. This wasn't the first time, once I was also waiting for my order next to the table, but the guy put the cup on the table near him and didn't tell me my order was ready, while I was waiting and reading messages on my phone! I made an effort to reach the end of the table and grab my cup. The whole staff there they don't call when orders are ready, I don't know if this is kind of policy taken on that branch only? They also don't clean the place as it always stinks. I love Starbucks, but I don't think I'll visit this branch again. I thought first the employees are deaf, that's why they don't call, but then I remembered them speaking when they took my order. Hope you can solve this issue. Thanking you.

Starbucks I am complaining about customer service - barista wanted me to pay for a small cup of extra milk on the side!!!

I am a regular customer at Starbucks Tawam Hospital, Al Ain UAE. I prefer to have my take-away coffee with milk and extra milk on the side, in a smaller cup, also take away. Since last week one barista was very reluctant to give me extra milk and this morning the supervisor of the Tawam starbucks branch refused to give me extra milk in a small cup. The reason being...they count the cups every day and if I want extra milk I have to pay for the extra cup... he could not give me the price of the cup...! What will he do with this money for the cup...put it in his pocket because nowhere does it say that the customer has to pay for milk on the side.

I want to know what is the customer service of Starbucks reply to this malpractise.. I am a very loyal customer of starbucks and I am very surprised that requesting milk on the side..as take away will interfere with the supervisor "counting of the cups"! I have no idea what he meant - he works for Starbucks - and behind him on the notice board is a message - our customers come first". I will never buy coffee from this starbucks ever again...only this starbucks have an issue with this..other branches in the UAE have no issue with extra milk.I would like a response from you and action to be taken .Very bad service!

Starbucks treatment of law enforcement

I find this behavior from starbucks outrageous! I have been a fan and patron of starbucks since 1991, I will no longer be a patron! I have been a gold member for over 15 years now. Police are not the enemy! Police are protectors. I'll guarantee if this person is ever in need of a police office they sure won't feel "uncomfortable" about calling them or asking for help. This is completely unacceptable, you really have to question the employee as well for even going along with this request. The person or persons that were "uncomfortable" should have been told to leave or deal with it! Come on people... Get serious!
