This location is ridiculous. They are supposed to open at 5:30 am and when I got there today it was 5:45 and pitch black. I had to leave and go to the Greenhouse location which put me 20 minutes late for work. They should be ready to take orders at 5:30 or change the hours to 10! This has happened many times lately that I felt the need to say something. The old manager, Sylvan, who left and went to your Greenhouse location would never leave customers sitting there with no service.
I buy a Vente Latte 7 days a week and would really like to depend on the store being open every day when it should be.
