I love Starbucks and I know some places have bad days but this location is so slow all the time. I was returning from grocery shopping & was so thirsty that when I saw only one car in line I thought "Great! Maybe I can get in and out before the ice cream melts)." The gentleman before me ordered and it took a long time to get his order. When It came-- he said sometime and she took it back. 5 minutes later she returned to the window with the foam on the top. (think it was the nitro brew). I pulled up. No one at the window. Waited. She came with two frappuccinos and took my payment for my iced coffee. (I mention the frappuccinos because whoever got those after me probably had melted ones). She left. I sat and watched 3 cars back up behind me. I saw her finally get a venti cup. She did something and came to the window with a very dark iced coffee. I said, "Wow that looks strong!" Do you want more cream, she said. "No, I'll fix it at home". I took the iced coffee with no ice and about a tsp. of cream. Since I have been home. I have been able to make 3 venti iced coffee from the super strong one she gave me. All told I was 20-25 minutes as the second person in line. They have to do something about their time and organization. I wouldn't complain if it was occasional but it is so slow all the time.
