Good afternoon Alicia I don't use WhatsApp but my phone number is [protected]. One of the links to my complaint is here, but I have filed one with Consumer Affairs as well. Today whoever Elinor is with Square told me my account will remain closed until June 7th. Based on what I've read when that date comes I will be told I need to wait 120 days total. I don't have that kind of money. I sold my vehicle. The customer has the vehicle and title and now I'm also out of my money and I'm totally legit. I did not need a square. I tried to give square my business. I could have used my bank or any other card processor like i intended to do until my tech guy said try square it's free. Which it isn't, but an even worse square is costing me money let alone helping me make money for my business! So after reading Elinors mail today not resolving my situation in any way form or fashion I reached out to your Attorney General with a very heartfelt message asking for help for me specifically and everybody else going through this exact same experience for 100s, 1000s, and 10's of thousands of dollars and I promise I won't stop there because this is extremely unfair to those of us trying to do good legit business. Unfair is actually an understatement! Thank you for your attention in this matter. My companies name is in the complaint and with square is Dream Automotive! I'm a new start and square has turned my dream into a nightmare!
