Reloadit Card purchased in 2021.
I purchased a Reloadit card from Winco Foods Store #0048 in Meridian Idaho on September 5, 2021 in order to reload my Netspend debit card. I paid $20 plus a $3.95 activation fee and I was never able to get it onto my Netspend account. It may be too late now, but I still have the receipt and card in question. If there's anyway I can get a refund, I would greatly appreciate it.
Desired outcome: A full refund of $23.95.
Having a hard time putting money on my card
Ok since I started using your netspend card I did not have any problems with the reloadit safe so on 9-3-22 around 10 am I tried to reload my card when I did it got a message back saying we are experiencing some technical difficulties please try back later so I did and still was getting the same message back called the [protected] told them what was going on they did not send any email that your system was down this has been 4 weeks so today I get an email from you guys saying I should verify my laptop which I did it let me into the reloadit safe at 3:34pm when you sent me the email so I logged into the safe went to add a pack which I did thenm put the amount in push add a pack it came back we are experience some technical difficulties please tryu again later so why send me and email when you have not fix the problem and your people do not know what they are doing because they are giving me the run around

Today still having the same problem can log on to the safe but it still wont let me put money on my card when are you going to fix the problem its all most 2 months i sent you a picture of the message that im getting every time i tried to put money on my card
When i tried to tell your people that the safe is not working they dont want to listen i get a message saying we are experiencing some technical difficulties please try again later this does not mean that im having a problem with my laptop there is a problem with your system this has been going on since 9-3-22 and for the past four weeks same message pop up you sent me an email on 10-7-22 at 3:24 pm saying i can get on to my safe so i can put money on my card so when i tried. i get the same message again so why send me an email if you have not fix the problem also because of your system that i was not able to put money on my card i lost my life insurance because of you
again im able to log on to the safe but it will not let me put money on my card again im getting WE ARE EXPERIENCING SOME TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER
keep your money never able to set up account
Ripoff they tell you to setup account but unable to do so the ask for more private info to issue refund in 30 days. I have tried several different emails and passwords but nothing works. I h0pe you are reading this before you purchase and if not sorry for your loss but please be sure to pass this information on to others to warn them in advance this is a scam company that we consumers need to come together and bring it down and demand a full refund and that all parties involved are prosecuted to the fullest.

Hi, everyone! Don’t use the website www.Reloadit.com. I have loaded money to this site, because I needed to pay for my car. 30 days after this, I got the phone call from the representative and he was worried that they haven’t got the payment for the car. I went to the website and checked the account, but I didn’t have money. I tried to reach someone from the customer services, but none of the agents replied. Now I need to waste my money for the second time and transfer this sum again.
Fraud - failure to apply funds
