Speedway review: employees on alcohol and drugs

I want my name kept anonymous, you really need to do drug and alcohol tests on the new employees at the speedway 3001 66th st n saint petersburg florida 33710. Do you monitor who you hire or re-hire?
I am a frequent customer to this store!
It is sad and pathetic to be waited on and smell the stench of both alcohol and marijuana. From the new hired employees. The girls can't even hold there eyes open. No experience!
The rudeness of an employee charice turning her back on customers and shoving food in her face while customers wait in a long line and leave it to another employee to who is on the floor working to come and ring out.
The manager will stand with his back turned not say anything to her to even help.
Do you only hire young girls? I know of a couple men whom have applied with experience. Seems like the managers is hiring young girls no experience/ qualifications to look at.
Praise goes to assistant managers phil & ed as well as employees jeanie & tj. They have great personal skills, personality and always show respect with a smile! Always working!
