Speedway review: Employee breaking rules

Went in store for a purchase, noticed employee buying out a closeout product I asked about sale cashier told me they were closing out on Pennzoil oils I proceeded to shelf but had been cleaned out by an employee from another location Marshville N.C. bought it all up more locations the same. Not 1 left, this isn't fair to customers. Greedy employees!

Desired outcome: should be a rule against employees who put sales on knowing ahead of customers
