Speedway review: customer service

I went into the store to cash in 6 scratch offs. Two of them woukd not scan, the african american woman came over and made a huge deal that I scratched too hard, she threw it on counter and told employee it probably isnt a winner anyways. I spoke up and said can you manually enter it? She reiterated once again that I scratched it too hard, acting very annoyed, she said just stand over there. I wait patiently, she comes back still very annoyed and like I am wasting her time. I smiled to let her know I wasnt in a hurry. She threw the tickets on counter didnt crack a smile at all and said I dont know, you will just have to wait until she comes back. I step aside. Still Im ok with waiting. Another lady By the name of Tiffany (she actually had a name tag on). She tells Tiffany it probably isnt even a winner. Tiffany scans both no problem. If you are that unhappy at your job you should not be in customer service. Before I left I told Tiffany how rude other lady was. She apologised.
