received an email from shein in regard to tracking number SPX111005003388684 stating package was undeliverable on 6/22/23. There was no attempted delivery all packages to my complex go to a locker or the leasing office which stated they have not had any deliveries. Contacted Shein and they are of no assistance stating contact the courier which there is no way of doing so no phone or email just a website for tracking. This package is for a special occassion and is needed by 6/30.

So far 2 of my orders were not delivered to my home. The proof of picture was not my home at all. One of my orders was thrown in the driveway & One of my orders was thrown in the street. Two other packages they delivered had items broken.

E-mails to their alleged customer service were completely ignored. This is a terrible company with a terrible reputation.

I placed an order with Tenu on 6/22/2023. I received an email indicating my package was delivered and it was not. My neighbor and I checked out cameras and thank goodness for cameras, they do not lie. No one came to my home yesterday and nothing was left at my front door.

I made several attempts to contact the shipper who is Speedx and no one returned my calls or texted me as they claim.

I also made several attempts to contact the seller Temu and got no responce

from either.

I ordered 15 different Items and the delivery was.split up between Fed Ex.and Speed Ex, Speed Ex is piss poor on delivering packages where they get delivered to customer. I checked all around the house and didn't see an orange package from Temu. I also didn't get an email or text stating my second package was delivered on [protected]. I'm very upset and will be making this known if something is not done about Speed Ex package delivery.

to whom it may concern 2 lost packages deliver from this company claims that my package has been delivered and is false. this package they took a pictured as proof that was deliver but for what i see in the picture, he was outside the building not in front of my door. they been leaving the package on the floor. in the lobby of the building i live in the 14 floor you should required them to take a picture of the door which has my apartment number on it as proof that they deliver the package to where is supposed to be . i never received none of the packages ! the packages come from SHEIN . i need to be a little bit responsible if you want your company to grow. this is not ok hired reliable people to work for you not charlatan. the package was support to been deliver on Friday June 23 2023 at 7:24 in the morning. whoever it is . is not delivering the packages to the right person or door my address is 800 Soundview ave # 14 F bronx NY 10473 thank you

I purchased a few items fron SHEIN on 5/13/23, tracking number SPXHEF005002541098. A few days later recieved a delivery notification on 5/18/23, 6:35pm the package had been delivered. I have not recieved my ordered package to my home address. Varies times I called Speedex Customer service and to this day have not recieved a response.

Hi I have been ordering from SHEIN and my packages are being left in the lobby and not delivered to my door. I have called several times as to reach a voicemail saying someone will text me back but I haven’t received any communication from them. I have tried several times to contact them with no avail. My address has my apartment on it im not sure as to why they are leaving packages in the lobby of an apartment building with entrance to anyone anyone can pick up the package from the lobby

I ordered a package from shein and I got a notification today from the delivery carrier which is “speedx” stating “ failed attempt -other reason the package is undeliverable and will be returned to the facility” in which if the facility is my post office they didn’t receive my package and I’m beyond annoyed I don’t know how to reach out to them. Any help ?

I have never heard of this company. They delivered my package from Shein at my closed job building yesterday, which was Sunday, Father's Day. And it was after 5pm and no picture was taken for proof. I didn't even know it was coming today until that afternoon, it was early. I couldn't wait for it because I had plans in another city. So I asked a friend and he said nothing was outside and he couldn't find it. So it was either stolen cause they left it outside a CLOSED business or they didn't actually deliver it. I already contact Shein, but this is some BS. I want my [censored], I have stuff to do. Shein always used USPS and I never had a problem, but now they using bootleg deliver services. I might not order from them again because of this crappy company.

So this Morning I wake up to email saying my package was delivered 2 hours ago. I rush downstairs to that my packages were left outside my apartment building for anyone to steal. No one from speed x tried to contact me nor did they ring my bell, just left my stuff outside and mind you it was a big box of clothes and shoes from shein. I spent over $500 on shein, still have more orders coming in. But if I see the next orders are being delivered my this courier I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT SHEIN. There is no way to even contact speed x courier. Just a number that when you call says that someone will text you. No one text me and there’s a email. No address to pull up on them and make a complaint in person.

Horrible! Delivery service! For the second time today another package was Carelessly left in my Lobby where there are 20 floors hundred apartments! I received noooo notification that my package was there other than me curiously going into my SHEIN account to see where my package was and lo and behold again it said delivered! Delivering a package without assuring it or proper handling to it's owner is not delivered! Who are these people doing this? This a theft! And a major problem! Sickening and a ripoff! Shein should care more about it's customers and protect their merchandise by having a better delivery service! Than this irresponsible service hello? By the way this order was an actual birthday gift which just agitates the issue! Speedx have some dignity and respect and stop leaving packages in lobbies!

So this delivery service is the worst, i placed and order, wait let me start with this courier service is the worst possible and its drivers are inconsiderate, and some unmentioned words, you cant reach this company by phone , email, text or any other form possible to discuss your package whereAbouts, so back to this, i placed an order from shein and when delivered the drivera left package outside of my building in the street and was stolen, the driver even took a picture of it and where he left it, with this proof shein is still not canceling order and i have to go thru my bank and disput charges due to stolen package non delivery. It has been now 4 working days and 2 packages have been out for delivery with no delivery in site..horrible, horrible, horrible, this courier service is the worst, how are you guys in business in NY

I placed an order on May 28th and the order was split into two packages: one being delivered through UPS and the other through SpeedX which I had never heard of prior to this. I received my UPS package fine, it was in my apartment complex’s package room and everything was there. Now, the SpeedX package is where everything goes to crap. It took much longer to get me which was fine but then it gets to Peru, IL which is about an hour from me, and says “Out for Delivery”. I receive no other notice from them before I check and see that the Courier “attempted” a delivery and found that they couldn’t deliver because there was no “No access / No safe location”. I was in my living room through the time they “attempted” delivery and didn’t see anybody come up to our building so I called and checked with our complex’s package room and they said no one had come in with a delivery under my name or address. I contacted them through the bogus email and phone number listed on their “official” site and received no help. I contacted Temu and have basically been given the run around by multiple customer service agents. I’ve been trying to be understanding so I tried to get a partial refund for the undelivered items but the Temu agents don’t seem to speak English well no matter how many times I try to state simply that I want a proper refund. They’ve blamed it on the system but it’s obvious that this is indicative of a bigger issue with SpeedX and they refuse to be held accountable for it.

Is where the camaras are and mailboxes & package. Should have been delivered. Unfortunately whom ever delivered it on your staff didn’t take the time to read the huge signs that say where to put all deliveries and they then left at the door with signs saying no packages my package … in the picture they took as confirmation you can actually see the signs on the door and you cannot see my package, so I don’t understand how you can’t tell. There’s also video of the correct spot where it was supposed to be delivered of nobody at the time and date on the receipt entering into the correct area. With it and even your photo shows that u put in wrong spot so I would like you to contact emergent to have them resend me the same stuff again and have it delivered in the correct spot like you’re supposed to happen the first time I only think that’s fair

I ordered a package from a company that uses SpeedX. My package was to be delivered between June 1st and June 4th. Using the tracking I can see that my order did arrive in the US and SpeedX has it in Machesney Park Illinois, a town about 45 miles away from me. The package goes "out for deliverly" and then the tracking comes back say no access to the address, etc. I wish they would mail it using USPS

I would like to share my bad experience with SpeedX courier. Everytime they got my packages they never delivered them safely on my door. Today the latest 6/3/23 it was delivered @12:56pm and sent me the proof of delivery it caused me severe anxiety I have to check my phone every hour since they don’t let you know what day and time frame the packages will be anticipated to be delivered since I had already bad experience with them they would just dumped it wherever is convenient for them and not even bother to look for the right address. It’s just a sheer luck that I found them where they at but not it causes me so much anxiety and I don’t want to feel this ever again because of them including Ontrac where I lost two packages on different times I stopped online shopping. I hope and pray someone out there will take care this kind of poor service.

Speed ex delivers for temu and each and every time they deliver to the lobby of my apartment building and not to my door which is on the 10th floor of the building. I don't live in the lobby. They text me a picture of the package lying on the floor in the lobby. My packages are being stolen by passersbyes traveling through the lobby and I am not receiving the orders. Temu is telling me to go to speed ex and I want to Sue but I can't find the address for speedx in the United States . Can you please send me the address for speedx?

Not suprised I'm not the first to be scammed by SpeedX. I ordered a few items from SHEIN for an upcoming event and they have SpeedX handling delivery. The driver took a picture of the BACK of my complex, very obvious that it's not a point of entry, and said package was undeliverable. I have emailed, called, and texted, received no response. This company is a JOKE. I would avoid ordering from SHEIN and TEMU seeing as this seems to be their new go to carrier.

My shipment from Temu was sent with SpeedEx and today 5/30/23 at 8:30am it stated delivered and had a picture attached that wasn’t my home nor my address. Tried contacting the number associated with speedex courier and all it does is ring then says to leave a message.The courier/company basically stole my whole package! There’s no way to contact them otherwise! This is disgusting behavior!

The few times shein used this carrier, I never receive my packages. I purchase from shein all the time for years and never had a issue until they started using this carrier. A couple of weeks ago they take a picture in my building lobby of my package which is not a secure location and was most likely stolen. I never was refundedwhich is frustrating. I'm spending money on this site several times a week I would like my items to be delivered.Also speedex has awful reviews nothing positive is said about this carrier company everyone has the same complaint!
