SpeedEx Courier review: Stolen package multiple times 1

I ordered from Shein pretty frequently but I'm trying to stop because of this particular company. I ordered from them in May 2023 and kept tracking the package. I even went to she in and told them that I did not want to use this company before they shipped the package which that went on deaf ears because they still sent it through this courier. And of course what I was trying to prevent from happening;happened. They just left it downstairs in the lobby in a building in an urban neighborhood and everything that I purchased was stolen which was about $200 worth of items. I first had to try to go through PayPal to get my money and they said no because there was a proof of delivery. I tried to call Shein and they said they could not do anything. Then finally the only resolution after obtaining a police report was to go through my bank and luckily I was able to get most of the money not even all of it back because I had did the pay in 4 so I still have a balance up to this day on my PayPal account because I refuse to pay for something I did not receive. It's just very disappointing that they keep using this courier even after I keep asking to use anyone else except them. But I guess when it's a lot of things they decide it's cheaper to go this route but it is the worst option and it's going to cause them to lose customers like myself if we keep having issues where we have to fight to try to get money back. I don't like buying clothes for other people to wear and receiving absolutely nothing in return.
