Placed an order with shein and they used speedx for part of my order. I never heard of speedx but I know shein is reliable and legit so I thought it was ok. Speedx said my address was wrong and held my package. My address was perfectly fine so I confirmed it same day. 5 days later and it still hasn’t moved! No contact email, phone or address for speedx. Their website chat doesn’t work, it’s ai and no live agent is connected to it.
I’ve researched the Edison NJ location where speedx claimed my package was and I can’t find anything. Other people have found locations go get their packages so I’m really frustrated. TERRIBLE COMPANY

same issue here. I ordered a vape device on 6/11. June 25th came around and still no delivery, so I tracked the package. It said they tried to deliver the package on 6/19 and 6/20 and that my address was invalid. So, I went into the online vape shop to check my shipping address and it was correct. There were no issues with my address. I never received any delivery notices on my door or in my mailbox that a delivery attempt was made with any instructions on how to retrieve my package. I tried to find a way to contact SpeedX and there is no phone number or e-mail address to contact them or any address for the company listed that I could retrieve my package. The only way to communicate with them is through an online bot. Supposedly the online bot created a ticket to resolve the matter 5 days ago and I have not heard back from anyone regarding my package, nor has it been delivered. I even tried contacting the company I ordered the vape through (element Vape) and they told me once they ship my $53 purchase, it is out of their hands and that they do not have any influence over the shipping company, implying they do not care about making sure I receive my purchase. I have even written the vape company back 4 times in response to their response to my missing package and they just ignore me...no further responses at all. SpeedX is the worst and most unprofessional delivery service I have ever encountered. 0 star rating for them.
One week and I still have no update. Shein is making me wait the full delivery window which ends on 7/7.. I’ve been all over the internet searching and can’t even find the address for speedx so I can try to pick it up. This is THE worst delivery experience of my life. Please reply if u happen to get your order. Just wanna hear someone have success
I will no longer buy from Shein due to SpeedX. Shipping address is a business. I kept receiving texts that there is no access to the business and it has perfect access, even a 18 wheeler can get through. They finally sent an update that the package was delivered...On a Sunday night at 9:15pm to a business that is on the main road and left it by the front door which is lite up. Do you think that package was here in the morning? Ya No! Shein won't do anything about it because it was delivered to the correct address and SpeedX doesn't care. Out $85.00. Never again!
I had the owner check the cameras and the deliver guy did place the package in front of the door to take the picture. Went back to his car and then came back out and took the package! I have video proof. This company hires thief's! Unfortunately, Shein will pay the price for it as I will never order again until they switch delivery companies.
