SpeedX is an awful delivery company. My first package they did not deliver to my doorstep. They decided to stick my huge box on top of my mailbox in a busy apartment complex. They send a proof of delivery of the item just throw on top not even in the mailbox. There is no reason for this as they should have delivered to my door. Someone stole the package. I never got it! I asked shein to reship the merchandise and provided my parents home address thinking that would solve the problem. Well low and behold today SpeedX claims they tried to deliver at 6 am and there was some kind of issue. My parents were home at 6 am and no one knocked on the door or anything. If they needed a signature or something they did not express that to me. I’ve tried calling SpeedX and I get prompted to text a cellphone number. NO ONE replies. I have also tried emailing them and have gotten no response whatsoever. Sheins customer service is only a bot now with no actual person to speak to to help. This is going to be the last order I placed until they fire this horrible shipper.

Desired outcome: I want my merchandise and a refund for the duplicate order

I wonder if Shein sees these reviews. I became a Shein customer in 2019 and I never ever had any issues with any deliveries at all other than once getting an e-mail saying my package was lost but then it got delivered 3 days later. This year however twice already I have had packages deemed "undeliverable" by SpeedEX. I don't even know what that means because I've never had any problems getting any mail or packages delivered to my address. The very first time an order got returned back to Shein it was due to being undeliverable but no one ever called me or anything they just sent the package back to Shein. Then I was expecting 4 packages for 4 different orders I placed on Shein.com and the estimated delivery date was August 31st for 1 order and September 5th for the other 3 orders. September 10th comes around and I e-mailed SpeedEx to ask why my packages were running so late and a customer service associate by the name Bella Zhou answered my e-mail saying she would look into it but 2 days later after i contacted SpeedEx Shein had e-mailed me saying all my packages got retuned due to "abnormal" shipping label I honestly don't even wanna know what that means. Shein in itself it's good they refunded me all my money back but they really need to stop using SpeedEx to ship their orders they are not a very good company at all.
