Speed x / shein
I ordered a some outfits on shein, I’ve ordered from there before so I had trust with them. I’ve always received my package before hand. It wasn’t until sept 5th that I was waiting for my package to be delivered through a new company that I’ve never heard of before. SpeedX. It stated that my package was delivered at 8pm I personally was at work so I had my sister wait for the bell to be ranged. Hours go past and the door never rang or nothing I was looking at my emails and there was a picture from speed x that shows my package being delivered downstairs with the public mailboxes.. I live in New York in a building in Harlem. Leaving packages downstairs isn’t the smartest thing to do and it’s not legal to leave someone’s package like that. The picture showed that it was still very brought outside which confused me since it said delivered at 8pm. I emailed shein and they responded with no care in the world. They only reminded me for next time to let the delivery guys know to put it next to my door. That to me doesn’t make any sense. I’m very upset with shein that they are doing their loyal customers dirty. I want a refund for my clothes and even credit on top of that because the fact that I’m on this website and seeing 27 people Saying the same thing shows that this needs to be investigated.
Desired outcome: I want a whole refund. And I want to have shein to stop using speedx for my orders or I will simply just not order from shein and I will do my best to make constant complaints
Order not received
On 26 August it says that my order from Shein was delivered SPXSNP056701057927 (tracking number) and it shows 2 pictures at a random door.
But it is not my house and I can not find my order! It is been more than 2 weeks and I don’t have my money back! I want this resolved as soon as possible because I will leave soon and I need my money back! I feel like you don’t care about custumers at all!
Desired outcome: Please refund ! Or change the statues from delivered to returned to sender!
Shein delivery
These people had to go through my building to 3 doors to get inside and they just dropped my package on the floor for anyone to grab. They could have gotten in the elevator onto the 6th fooor and dropped my package off at the appropriate apartment. They have been doing this for too long this delivery service needs to seriously be cancelled. They are horrible

I have a tracking number it says my package was left but when I arrived this morning no package. I have called speedex and message says number has no phone support I have to text. I have left many messages with no luck. I contacted SHEIN and they keep sending me to speak to the courier delivery company. I need my order or someone to contact me. WHY WOULD THE DRIVER LEAVE THE PACKAGE WHEN THE BUISNESS WAS CLOSED. also, when I track it says package is being sent back and another sight it says delivered with a picture. I need help. Delivery driver theft
On September 2nd Speed x had their driver drop parcel @ front door. We put out drinks & snacks for all delivery drivers who are usually very good & considerate. This driver took it upon himself to return after initial delivery & steal everything. The entire cooler full of drinks. We do not want this kind of delivery folks in our neighborhood or home.

2nd time! Package not delivered - “missing”
I placed an order from SHEIN weeks ago. First time seeing SpeedX as the courier. My package was “out for delivery”, and I never got it. After filing a complaint with SHEIN, I was told they were taking care of it. Saw a new tracking again from SpeedX. After another week, status said “out for delivery.” Then “failed- missing package.” WHAT? This is robbery!

Scam!
Ordered from Shein items for daughter for back to school. Apparently a delivery was attempted by Speedx 8.26.23, but the driver failed to READ the HUGE sign at the gate that states CLEARLY ALL deliveries MUST use back entrance and it states how to get to back entrance. It's a matter of READING! Tried to contact Speedx via phone and the number states they do not accept calls, must text. Texted the number NUMEROUS times, no freaking answer! Emailed as well several times with NO RESPONSE! Got a text from a number that I did NOT contact stating they aren't a delivery company! EXCUSE ME WHAT? Shein has been of NO HELP either! I just want my pacakge or refund my damn money!

Trash company! We are in 2023, there is NO EXCUSE as to why we are not able to speak to a HUMAN for serious inquiries! Shein is no better as they chose to use this poor example of a delivery service! The feds need to shut this fraudulent mess all the way down!

SpeedX is an awful delivery company. My first package they did not deliver to my doorstep. They decided to stick my huge box on top of my mailbox in a busy apartment complex. They send a proof of delivery of the item just throw on top not even in the mailbox. There is no reason for this as they should have delivered to my door. Someone stole the package. I never got it! I asked shein to reship the merchandise and provided my parents home address thinking that would solve the problem. Well low and behold today SpeedX claims they tried to deliver at 6 am and there was some kind of issue. My parents were home at 6 am and no one knocked on the door or anything. If they needed a signature or something they did not express that to me. I’ve tried calling SpeedX and I get prompted to text a cellphone number. NO ONE replies. I have also tried emailing them and have gotten no response whatsoever. Sheins customer service is only a bot now with no actual person to speak to to help. This is going to be the last order I placed until they fire this horrible shipper.

I wonder if Shein sees these reviews. I became a Shein customer in 2019 and I never ever had any issues with any deliveries at all other than once getting an e-mail saying my package was lost but then it got delivered 3 days later. This year however twice already I have had packages deemed "undeliverable" by SpeedEX. I don't even know what that means because I've never had any problems getting any mail or packages delivered to my address. The very first time an order got returned back to Shein it was due to being undeliverable but no one ever called me or anything they just sent the package back to Shein. Then I was expecting 4 packages for 4 different orders I placed on Shein.com and the estimated delivery date was August 31st for 1 order and September 5th for the other 3 orders. September 10th comes around and I e-mailed SpeedEx to ask why my packages were running so late and a customer service associate by the name Bella Zhou answered my e-mail saying she would look into it but 2 days later after i contacted SpeedEx Shein had e-mailed me saying all my packages got retuned due to "abnormal" shipping label I honestly don't even wanna know what that means. Shein in itself it's good they refunded me all my money back but they really need to stop using SpeedEx to ship their orders they are not a very good company at all.

SpeedX flat-out stole my package. The "proof of delivery" picture did NOT even show an actual package. It was just a blurry close-up of a partial tracking number that did NOT even match the tracking number of my package. My attempts to contact SpeedX after this happened mirrored the other reviewers' experiences here and on TrustPilot: no phone customer service; they tell you to text them; and then they send you a generic automatic text response that does not address the issue at all and simply tells you to seek refund from the merchant. It is not an accident that SpeedX has nearly 500 reviews on TrustPilot, and every single one of them is a negative 1-star review.
Desired outcome: I would like for the merchant SHEIN to be notified that they should not be using SpeedX for shipping if they want the packages to arrive.
Speedex via Shein
Speed X is a complete scam. After 3 packages never made it to me I will no longer be a loyal/frequent customer of Shein until they fire them. Never had this issue when they used USPS. Speed X will either lose your package, or provide fake proof of delivery photos that aren't your actual address. Customer service is terrible, very shady business. Shut them down!

Hello. I recently orders some items from Shein. I do this quite a bit. I got a notification saying my box was delivered with a picture. On the box in the picture is a unknown name and address. It is not my address. Says was delivered Wednesday August 23 at 2:06. It wasn't. I have never had a problem ordering from shein before.

I ordered some items on 8/18/23 from shein and it said they will be delivered between the 27th-30th and I haven’t received anything I got a alert saying that my package was delivered but I haven’t gotten anything they sent a bogus picture stating my package was delivered but it was not my address I have emailed these people and tried to call however they have no kind of direct contact to contact them these people are pure scam artists they have my package

I am so mad, so basically I purchased an order on shein and I decided to track my package when I went to track it. It said that my order was stuck in transit. It has been stuck in transit for five days. So because of that, I decided to contact speedx , and shein I was not able to get in contact with a customer service agent. I’ve been looking online at reviews on speedx and a lot of people have the same problem I am having and they will not give me my refund

My packages from Shein are missing
I was never informed that my packages was delivered and it's saying failed attempt and missing package I have no idea how to get in contact with Sheen or speedex this is the worst delivering company ever I want to sue I feel like it's a scam and I feel like people are stealing packages claiming they couldn't deliver there's a big huge porch they could have left my package there instead I don't know what happened to it I don't know how to get it back or if they're going to ever try to deliver it again

Order never delivered/stuck in transit
I ordered clothes from SHEIN. Speedx is the courier. My package allegedly shipped from China and landed in Chicago within 2 days of placing the order, but hasn't moved from the warehouse in Chicago. I have texted, emailed and called, but I can't actually get in contact with anyone from the company. The only response I get is automated stating the package is in transit.

Speedx was suppose to delivery a package to me and instead of bringing it to my apartment or redelivering the package if I was not home their delivery driver left it outside in the vestibule of a 120+ apartment building. They could have waited for someone to open the door and left it in my front door. But no they left it outside where anyone could have taken it.

I received an email stating that there was a delivery attempt of my SHEIN package. I later received a second email that stated the package was a failed delivery due to an incorrect address. The address is my physical address where I live and I have had numerous packages delivered to that same address within the last four weeks. There were no issues with any of the packages being delivered through Amazon, UPS, or FedEx. I have attempted to email the customer service for speed X and I have yet to receive a response. The delivery attempt supposedly was on August 5 and I still don’t have my package. There has been no attend for a delivery and no attempt to contact me. When I checked the package by the tracking number on the speed x site, there was a picture of the package as proof of delivery, but there is no background in the picture and my package was never delivered.
Desired outcome: Full refund or delivery of my package.

I bought a few items from Shien. 5 of these items I did not receive. The items were to be delivered initially on the 8/7/23. However, on the 8/4/233 I received an email from Shein delivery notification and a further email saying the items were delivered. Upon tracking the package I saw a picture of the package on the floor by the mail box. Further in the mail box I received the cheapest item. The Carrier failed to put the entire item in the mailbox. Why didn't the Carrier put the entire package in the mailbox? The mailbox was empty, the package was able to fit in the mailbox. There is also a large mailbox with keys that the Carrier could have used if the items couldn't fit. The carriers actions are questionable. I was home all day and they didn't come to my Apartment. If my order got stolen, it's the responsibility of the Carrier Company to reimburse me. Either Shien or they. What managers worst, despite several attempts to speak with a Customer Service Agent from SpeedEx Couriers, it's to no avail. Neither Speedex Couriers or Shien provides quality Customer Services. There is no one to speak with. No one answers the phones. Your services are poor and questionable.
I cannot get the issue resolved. I feel like I got robbed by both Company in the circumstances.
Poor Customer Services for both. I am very disappointed and this is my first time buying from Shien. I have never had an issue with any other company.

Product deemed "undeliverable"
I placed an order on Juky 17th and my order was supposed to arrive by 7/25 the latest. My items was deemed undeliverable and I went to the sorting center in person and the shipping company for SpeedX said they have the package, but it's not easy to locate. I was told to dispute the payment with my bank. I also went to USPS and rheu said the SPEEDX TRACKING NUMBER IS SKETCHY. I WANT MY PACKAGE AND THEY CANF GIVE IT TO ME BECASUE OF THEFT. SHUT SPEEDX DOWN!
