We were at the Brigham City Utah location. When we drove up to the window to pay, the card would not swipe. For some reason, this location, NEVER reads my card (only place that does this), so they usually type my number in. I told the kids at the window, they will just need to type the number in. We sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting and watching them continue to swipe my card. A younger teenage boy was jamming my card in and out of the reader and swiping it. The older boy that was working, was able to get the card typed in. When I was given my card back, it was bent, and they had also broken the chip in it. I told the kid " You broke my card", and all he said was "My bad" and walked away. My card is now unusable, and I have to get a new one. Our food was cold, we received the wrong drink, and our ice cream was melted, with soggy ice cream cones in the cups. This location has been horrible! Between the horrible potholes that they had (for months), to all of the super young kids that have absolutely no knowledge or customer service skills, this location has really gone downhill.

Desired outcome: Train workers about Customer Service. It seems to be a skill a lot of kids/people lack today.
