Hello, i'm making a complaint about a worker there she was very rude and sat there and made fun of my last name she said your last name is spelled weird she had a bad attuited then when I was paying my bill she wanted to keep my information I pay my bills there a lot and I have never had anyone worker keep my information I got it back but she made me right down my information off my bill this happened on 03/04/2026 at 1:29pm it was very uncalled for I would like for my information to be taken away from her there is a lot of scams going on I already have been through enough the last couple months my information has been hacked
Last couple months amanda needs to be written up or whatever you guys do there for asking for people information from my bill my e-mail is [protected]@yahoo.com

Desired outcome: i would like for her to get in some kind of trouble because putting people down and bullying them is not right i did not do nothing to this lady i was nice and she was rude
