the last scan of the product was December 6th 2022 at 8:24.

The product does not have a sell by date and appears to be out of date.

It was assumed to be out of date from the taste of the food.

It has a decidedly disgusting taste which is immediately noticeable as being old and most likely out of date.

We are regular and frequent Smith's clients which their records will show.

This is not the first time we have had out of date products one of which was chicken, this is however the first time we have registered a complaint and will be much more cautious in the future

Smith's store at 2255 Las Vegas Blvd north, shelves for merchandise either empty or only one or two items on shelf. Especially in the frozen food, bread and meat sections. Normally stocked items are depleted on a regular basis. Customer service is terrible if you can find someone to help. Manager almost never available to talk to about issues. Seldom enough cashiers for number of customers shopping, self check out preferred by staff.
