Mattress purchased 04/28/2025 from the Kokomo Store, Jody M, #95019752336. Pd $3,579.81. From the beginning I told them the mattress pad was too big. Was sent a replacement...same size. Numerous calls to Customer Service. Sent 2 technicians to measure. Top man said they did not measure right. Talked to a Jasper several times. They said in time the mattress would expand. It has not.

Desired outcome: Would appreciate a mattress the size it's suppose to be for the pad and sheets to fit like they should.
