I have had parts replaced upwards of 3-4 times in the 6 years of owning this bed. Im being told to pay several hundreds of dollars for (yet another) chamber. This is sickening honestly.

My adjustable headpiece has been broken. Months ago I was sent parts that honestly looked like a carburetor or car engine and told to "watch a youtube video"... I missed the memo that Im a 1099 employee? It still doesnt work...

The other day I took off of work and paid $200 to have them come repair the adjustable head. I advised the day prior that no parts were delivered and told not to worry. Day comes, and the gentleman cant do anything for me. I follow up and Im told to call 2 other departments and this was merely a "consultation" .

This is deplorable to say the least.

Claimed loss: 6 years of headaches, If i have the time Ill find the chiropractic bills and also calculate the time taken off work for zero resolution and money spent

Desired outcome: replace the entire bed as it is clearly a lemon or reimburse me the cost of the bed and take it out of my house
