From the very beginning I've had problems with customer service from Sleep Number. I'll often get told one thing by one customer service rep and then told something completely different by another one. I even mentioned that to the men who delivered my bed, and they said that was the biggest complaint they hear: that customer service isn't very good. In all my dealings with them, I've only talked to one who seemed genuinely interested in helping me.

They sent me a set of sheets as an appeasement, but now that I'm trying to exchange them for a comforter (because the sheets have a low thread count and are uncomfortable), they said they couldn't swap them out, but if I wanted to send the sheets back and buy a comforter outright, they'd be okay with that.

I would like to be able to swap the sheets out for a comforter.
