ShopRite review: Packets

I went shopping at shoprite on Sunday bought 3 items and the packet broke when I was walking home.this is not the first time that it has happened.items fell onto the ground.some items were damaged.the packets are very thin and not very trustworthy.I shop at the store alot and would expect great service regarding the packets it's tissue thin.Does not even hold minimum items.
